I have account username LordLegend and for some issues i deleted my email i send support is there any way to change email they says no

 i create my another account with new gmail email ID with username Goku123 i play with this account more than 5 months and this Monday means 2 days ago i earn 119 MBTC then after some time my account was locked i'm unable to login i send Support But They Didn't reply they rejected my ticket and closed BitDouble WHY !!!

i also contact admins they says i have multiple account that's the reason but i already told to MOD about that and i asked help to support to change email as well

Bitdouble please allow me to withdraw that 119MBTC i really need that money
if you created another account, you had to leave your old account, and you used both accounts. and played with them and took a bonus, naturally you were blocked, for casino deception

Multi-accounting is always been a typical violation of sites terms but since you have said about your situation then it might be considered as an exemption.
Just wondering if those winnings are legally being won? No other shady activity or some sort.Did you already PM them on their forum accounts?

You have been playing on this site for a long time and knew perfectly well that many accounts are forbidden to have!You also knew that if you have a second account, you must leave one, despite this, you continued to secretly collect bonuses from two accounts in the hope that you would not be.  All players knew that when withdrawing each account is checked for the presence of multi accountsexposed.but you decided to try your luck that they won't catch you

For what it's worth. I tried to look for a similar case (about second accounts) here in this thread and found this old post by OP.

I got a support ticket today from a user who had decided not to verify his email address upon signing up. That user then decided to make some deposits(which is fine) and play. Now this user tried making some withdraws.

In order to process a WD you will get an email sent to the email address upon which you signed up for the site. You will need to confirm that email and your WD is processed. Its a simple process. Its there to protect you and your account. If you didnt make the WD request you disregard the email and your money is safe.

This user has somehow lost access to the email account and is asking us to process his WD and change his email address. We do not do that for any user for security reasons. If he gets access back to his email address and confirms his WD email, his WD will be processed. If not it will not. We are not trying to keep his bitcoin from him, we are following our policy procedure.

I just wanted to make this post so that any future users are aware of how it works. Your email address is locked to your account forever. If you cannot access your email for whatever reason, then make a new account with a new email address. Do not ask us to change your email for you.


Please dont excuse our security measures as a way to call us a shady casino. We have not and will not ever have a problem processing WD.

I think you could still get your second account back and withdraw your bitcoins once they understand your situation so don't lose hope yet and be patient until they give out a proper response.

his second account was registered 5 months ago. The request for change of mail was in the middle of May.all months before that, he did not hesitate to collect bonuses in the chat, participated and won contests, filled wager earned VIP statuses and received rewards for them. all these months he knew perfectly well that he was breaking the rules and still hoped that no one would know.as soon as there was money on the fake account, he did not think of anything better than to accuse the site of cheating), although he himself tried to cheat the site for a long time and earn money in this way.
I think it's not right to try to deceive the site and then blame the site.

Too many people told you to contact their support service, anyway what have you done is forbidden from the website rules, so why are you cheating?

May be you missed when they are on top. When they are on top, they even can generate more money and more wagered and there is a lot of players do the roll there. Compare to what bitdouble now, they still can manage to survive in this industry they must be given their best to stay alive. I was pretty active back then but currently I do not really have time to wager again. And about the withdrawal process, they will never give such things for its players

Is this site really LN integrated?You do have some good promotions but the prizes are way too small,you should at least make it a little bit more higher to gain some interest.
