Guys, wasn't it too obvious that after they said give us a month they were literally stalling? I mean we are talking about a website that said they need a month to recover and find some glitches and bugs, do you really believe that it would take a whole month to do that?

It is obvious that they are done, maybe they are done because they lost more than they imagined, maybe they are done because they scammed people, maybe they are done because of legal reasons, whatever the reason is they are surely not coming back and done with. We are talking about a casino that has been absent for over a month, it was too obvious honestly but since their request for one month is up we can officially put a flag in it and call it dead. It was already dead but we got the confirmation.

How soon is it? You did say the same thing two weeks ago, and now you have just said it again. I hope it wont be the same as what you said before, dont you have an ETA when everything will work as expected. I'm sure there must be some experienced people who work on it and I think it wont be hard to say an ETA. At least give an update how far you are working on it now? Maybe something like in %.

Not a good way to inform people you came back here and replied after a long time and you are saying just we will start in near future you did not mention what you are dealing with, What happened at back end actually, No exact date, Where have you been, Why not updating the community regularly, Not telling if everyone's funds are safe... a lot of things are un-answered.

Yeah,it was too obvious actually but there are some people here who do even got amazed on such poor incompletely unclear update being given by the team which just
telling out that they would come back soon? We arent kids here just to easily believe on what they do say and wait up on things which isnt even sure that it would happen.
Sorry for those players who got stuck their funds into the site where you would end up on waiting like forever.Same as your perspective this site is already done for.

Majority of us? Who is "us" you are referring to? So far, you are the only one who keep on supporting and keep believing that bitdouble will be back soon but you do not even know what is happening there unless you have so close connection and probably keep on communicating with the dev during the downtime.
No one call bitcouble as scammer, most people here are wondering on the long period down time but with so lack of updates. There is no reasons to call them as scammer because no one is reporting about their money left in their bitdouble's account.

Why would I be a troll? We are talking about a casino that literally has been closed for over a month now and they keep saying it will be coming "soon" so there is really no way of me being wrong, if they come back then they will be the casino that was closed for over a month which is a horrible thing, and if they don't comeback then they will be the place that told people they will come back but didn't.

So, at the end of the deal no matter what happens from now on, they are still in the wrong and they are the shady owners of a casino not me, hence why I can't be even considered a troll looking at what we have in our hands, you can be a fanboy of the place but that only means you will be the one that gets the most upset after you finally come to acceptance that this place scammed people.

Well, most probably they are all thinking that this is some kind of glitch or some kind of technical error as the website is running from a very long time they are still having trust in it and waiting for it and yes there is a possibility that they dod not know about this forum.

1 month downtime isnt just a typical maintenance if there were glitches or updates on a certain gambling site.
People would already screamed if it do last 24 hours downtime.How much more on 1 month? We can already give out
some strong presumptions that they're running away.


I just want to stay positive, At least 2 weeks ago the players had an update. So I am just thinking either they are really working on solving the problem or maybe they ran away with user's fund.
When we do talk about making updates then it doesnt really take too much time at least. 1-3 days is the max if it do have major issues and
1 hour -24 hours minimum but for a month? There no need on what to prove out.

We regret to inform you that in August a fatal accident occurred on our website. All master passwords have been lost by coincidence, our website was secure and well protected against any kind of attacks including the servers stealing. Too well protected... even from ourselves.

We've been trying for two months to restore the database, but we haven't succeeded. The database is lost and the last backup we have is from the 7th of April.

In light of these unfortunate events, we're going to make refunds of deposits to our users in accordance with the following rule:
* We have current funds balances of all users for 2019-04-08. These funds can be withdrawn whether the user has won it, lost it or already withdrawn it. The referral funds withdrawals are also available. To make a withdrawal you should send a request to support@bitdouble.io using your registered email.
* All funds deposited after 2019-04-08 will be refunded. You should specify the address where the funds have been sent to and the address where the refund should be sent. As for the accounts registered after 2019-04-08 -- please, provide the proofs of ownership of the addresses from which the deposits have been sent.

We really regret these unfortunate events.

Sorry to hear that out but i would like to ask on how users would able to know their deposit on the said date if they werent able to access the site? Its down at the moment.

If the players were playing regularly at bitdouble then I'm sure it is easy to remember which deposit address is being used here then the players can check his own wallet to see the transactions. Indeed it will be hard for new players who have made few deposits to remember which address is associated with their bitdouble's accounts. I think bitdouble has a backup or a data on all their deposit addresses belongs to which accounts so players may ask them about the deposit address.
