Sorry to hear that out but i would like to ask on how users would able to know their deposit on the said date if they werent able to access the site? Its down at the moment.
Im sure that not all would really able to remember on what are the amounts that they had deposited on the said date.

If the players were playing regularly at bitdouble then I'm sure it is easy to remember which deposit address is being used here then the players can check his own wallet to see the transactions. Indeed it will be hard for new players who have made few deposits to remember which address is associated with their bitdouble's accounts. I think bitdouble has a backup or a data on all their deposit addresses belongs to which accounts so players may ask them about the deposit address.

That would be much better if they would post up their sites permanent deposit address so that their players would be aware on which address they are pertaining into.
Going down for 2 months will most likely for you to forget with your last transaction.So far i havent seen any players that do have complaints about their funds or they just
decide to arrange the problem privately.

Since they are going to make a big oayout for player from deposit and withdrawals,I do not think that they will recover it soon. It has been 6 months ago from their last backed up data. So this will be really hard for them to make a recovery. I do hope for the best for them to be back again here, since they have really good site and staying here quite long enough

A shame, but I reckon the team should have communicated the message better. Many of the members weren't updated for almost a month and it left a bitter taste in their mouths.

Last back up was in August not 6 months ago. And no bitter taste in my mouth. The only people who were bad mouthing the site were people who dont even play there. I swear nobody actually reads posts. Just a bunch of spin these days.

I am pretty sure they are dealing with the ones they have reached out to but the ones that are gone are gone, not much you can do in this type of situation. That is why backups are insanely important, you should as a big casino have a daily backup to some hardware that is not connected to anything except the backup moments.

After every midnight it should be backed up to one external drive and then plugged out and kept aside, if you have this kind of attack or even forgetting it, you could always rely on your backup, hell even backup should have a backup in these kinds of big places. In any case, anyone who CAN withdraw from here probably will but they shared it here and I don't know where else, I am pretty sure anyone who could will but anyone who can't won't be getting their money back

Waiting for official announcement from bitdouble. They were inactive for several months already while the site was down due to fatal accident as informed last October. On other side, I'm not quite sure if mariha96799 is the official representative of bitdouble although he/she was so active in this thread. The new domain is working fine though, but we have to make sure that it is indeed the new official domain of bitdouble.

Feels kinda cumbersome whenever you have zero balance and have to "notify" the rest.

It is back eventually, did you guys fix all what happened some months ago?
As I remember you lost your data and players who still have some balance needs to claim it by providing some information like deposit address.
Since no one posted a complain about it, means that no one experienced significant problem due to the bad accident.
Hope no more accident happen in the future, at least you have to prepare something better to avoid similar case.
