why have incent choose waves Huh :-D

Technically it is the best fit for the job. Asset-to-asset trading, speed and scalability are all critical for a mass-market solution. There is also a close relationship between the teams.

I have joined the signature campaign. How much invested so far in opening day?

Opening day has another 5 hours left, but so far it looks like 77 BTC and nearly 100k Waves has been invested, along with 447 BTC pre-ICO investment, for a total of 524 BTC or $320,000 all in.

Looking good to reach the goal of 1 Mill. Dollar

$1 million would be nice, $5 million even better Smiley

How is the this 5 Million USD raised through ICO gonna be utilized for project development? i can't find information about utilization and specific purpose of ICO funds. Also, how will it affect the Project development if Incent team succeeds in only raising the minimum target of 1 Million USD?

For the most complete understanding of our business plan you need to read our ICO Information Pack, which you find by registering for the ICO and following the link in the deposit dashboard.

The short answer is that our target of $1m will give us the means to re-organise structurally around this product, attend to compliance, complete the development of the consumer and merchant facing applications for commercial roll-out, and cover all associate marketing and business development activities for a period of one year. Given the advanced stage of product and business development already achieved we estimate that this will an ample amount of runway, providing us with the means to get to market in good shape.

Any funds raised beyond our target simply make our business objectives easier and faster to achieve. More can be attempted and our tolerance for risk can be notched up without fear that one false move could be catastrophic

We have capped funding at $5m because we judge that beyond this starts to undermine the secondary market for Incent - to the detriment of token holders and our ability to raise further cpital from traditional investment markets due to an overinflated valuation.

Afraid that's a temporary API issue. Hopefully fixed soon. Rest assured your funds are safe!
You should also make sure you've pasted your address in the right box in the login area.

Roadmap is pretty straightforward. Token distribution at end of ico, integration with merchants and go-live at the start of 2017.

If my calculations are correct Incent will retain 50-62% of the created tokens, right? Source: https://www.incentloyalty.com/media/IncentICO-InformationPack.pdf

Escrow
When the ICO completes, the Incent token will be mined into existence, with a total
circulation fixed at 2 x the amount of tokens presold at ICO. Fifty percent of these
tokens will be distributed to ICO investors. The remaining fifty percent will be moved to
cold storage and held in reserve to facilitate commercial operation of the product once
live.

What % of premine is retained by the Incent team?

A maximum of 12% on top of the tokens created after is retained.
In addition, there is a reserve equal to the amount created - but this is not spent or run down, it is simply used to maintain liquidity and pay customers promptly, since fiat transfers take a while to turn up but we need to transfer Incent immediately at point-of-sale. So it will have little effect except to smooth the market.

Yes, although the Reserve cannot be considered in the same category as the rest because it does not get spent over time. It's simply to maintain liquidity in the short term.

How long does it need to see the deposited BTCs on the account?
I send around two hours ago and transcation was confirmed seven times. But it still not shows up on my Incent ICO account.

Ok, that's odd. Could be a block explorer issue... Are you on Slack?

Okay, now I see it. It seems there was a delay or probably it was because of browser cookies.

After I closed my browser, cleaned my browser data and reopened the ICO site, everything was shown right.

how much is the start of the tokens dependent of the waves platform? I hear they are having troubles running a blockchain.

Are you going to switch to other blockchain like ethereum or counterparty if waves are not running a blockchain until end of year?

you have a plan B or insurance?
