We've recently found out that's a problem that Bittrex are having with their Waves node. The Waves devs are in contact with them.

We're in contact with Bittrex, trying to find out more as a matter of urgency. It seems to be some problem with the node on withdrawals; Tokes has apparently had similar problems.

A significant upgrade to the Waves wallet is taking place.  It is affecting both Waves and any Waves token that currently trades on Bittrex.  Trading is still active, but you are not able to withdraw or deposit.

I am holding my Incent for now.  There have been bumps in the road with bitcoin, ethereum, and others as well. I will wait to see what
the Incent team has to say on the matter.

I have faith that it should go up (in my opinion)

Now Waves platform become more popular with many new updates and features. I think that Incent price will rise in the beginning of next year when the great project news will come.

Market is very active on trex constantly and this thing is sign of life and healthy while team is busy with development. For the moment it's performance is good and this kind of natural steady growth is good in the long run. Those fast and quick rises in value bring bad impact after declining of price. I will say be happy with small profits now and wait for the big in few months, both ways win win situation.
