It looks like web proxies are blocking the script required to fetch the details. Can you please try without any proxy, or use a VPN if (like us 😊) you care about privacy?

Absolutely! However, you will need to make sure that you load at least $3 on your card so that PayPal can proceed to the verification charge 🙂

So I have a legit business PayPal account that I haven't used in a few years. It's still valid and verified with my personal checking account and my business checking account. I mostly use Authorize.net for CC transactions for customers. My question is this: Is the main purpose of having the VCC for privacy reasons? Finally, in my scenario is there in advantage to a VCC vs my bank debit card.

***I am aware of the advantage of loading it with Bitcoin and currently am good there with my BTC wallet and broker.

That's a great question. At this time, there's indeed two main use cases for our cards: Enable bitcoin holders to shop on the Internet, and enable unbanked populations to shop on the Internet for the first time ever.
The privacy argument is indeed a totally interesting one, and our cards also have some cool perks such as the card burning feature , the ability to freeze/unfreeze your card in a few seconds, and the real time statement

Newbie to posting, but a lurker here for a long time.

Just wanted to briefly confirm that this card DOES work for setting up both PayPal and AWS accounts (my main reason for getting the card).

It DOES NOT work for 1&1, Microsoft Azure, SoftLayer trials.

Edited to add: Some of these trials that did not work for me might work for you, however. I'm in Asia, and some of these companies are not asia-friendly with regard to trials.

Let me tell you something:

Yeah. I created 2 VISA debit cards last week and now, I created new one VISA debit card. The problem is it gets declined whenever I add it to Paypal and when I buy something online (pure debit card - not linked to PP). It has enough funds in it for paypal to verify it. (I've created a ticket to paypal about it.) Overall the website is great, and this is just the error that I've encountered and I think this is just temporary (I'll try again tomorrow) .

Suggestions:

My name is too long and because of it the graphic design of the visa virtual debit card gets a glitch. Name is connected to, and covers the cvv code and it's just unpleasant to my eyes. Hopes this will be fixed soon !
