Yes, they used to be very good, but now they are a disaster. Many people are complaining that they cant obtain their money stored on their accounts. Its a robbery.

I don't remember when the name changed but I'm pretty sure I deposited and generated a new card after the name change and it worked fine. I was also able to use the card no problem so maybe they're having some sort of temp glitch?

Their system did not detect it.
After 3 Days of my ticket being on the support somebody got back to me saying they have manually confirmed it and now "you're good to go"
..
It only showed up in history deposit but not in my wallet.
They did not fund my account only added the confirmation on the history.

2 Days(total 5) have passed no reply backs or anything.

This is getting frustrating.

Can somebody confirm if they have their card/deposit balance working or this is now a scam website?

UPDATE: I just got my $20 deposit in the form of a giftcode. Support said they forgot to give me the $20 gift-code earlier.

Yes, there are number of reports that this is turned out to be scam website or they dont know how to do the job anymore.

So support still exists and is just shitty. Can you report whether or not you were able to use the card somewhere? People have been saying the cards aren't accepted anywhere anymore but I was able to use one recently so I dunno.

i can confirm that the site is still working, yes their support sucks, i successfully deposited and used the card on blizzard to buy games and skype to buy credits, have no issues so far since the beginning.
