Like every new thing created, it has come to life to fulfill unfulfilled needs of the society where we live in.
Here are a few things it has helped me to achieve so far:
1. Watching premium porn without showing my credit card details
2. Gambling as much as I want without showing my identity or anything related to me.
3. Privacy , no central bank, no controlling authority, which translates into the thing we all need most FREEDOM to use it as we like.
These are reasons enough but there are much more other people can list here.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

I guess it was first created to prove a concept, it wasn't something big like it is now but rather an interesting idea and to prove a digital currency would work, it did prove that years ago, I think now it's something that can change the economical world overall.

If we think about different currencies - Bitcoin is a real step forward. It is not supported by gold or something else. It depends a lot on whether people use it and believe in it.
For which purposes you think Nakamoto created Bitcoin? To earn a lot of money? Or just to create something new?
Maybe, he wanted to show the different nature of money and that it doesn't need government to exist, for example?
What are your thoughts on the topic?
I think all of our answers were already mentioned by yourself. All we can do right now is agree with it. Satoshi created Bitcoins to prove that money shouldn't be controlled by "someone" AKA the government. All of the transactions should be publicized. There should be no tax at all and there should be very little transaction fee as well. Another part of the concept is proving that it should be possible to mine money. |

Bitcoin was created to avoid centralized, monitored system that has anything to do with the banks or different governements. Bitcoin was supposed to represent new independent model of finances that shouldn't be manipulated.

I think that people here are more worried why all those altcoins are created every day rather than asking for bitcoin.
Bitcoin is a new innvoation and it's made to have a freedom of our money and making transactions less costly.
Agree! Bitcoin's purpose is not only earning extra money but also for the freedom we have. To share some ideas to someone and even to broaden our knowledge about it. Through bitcoin we can get different information especially in the forums. And also holding and making transactions for it. |

I think everything you said was correct. And in addition maybe his goal was to stop the poverty or help the poor people by having a thing like bitcoin. We know bitcoin can do alot like everything that a fiat currency can do. Maybe he wanted people who were just an ordinary people experienced the thing like investing, trading, and earning. And the fact that you can earn without a tax. You can transfer and receive money without or with a little fee. Something that ordinary people may enjoy. Maybe it was a HELP for us.

Bitcoin was created as a way to send money. For everyone.
Bitcoin won't deny you a wallet just because you do not earn enough.
What you do with your wallet is your business, and yours alone.
All you need is some kind of computer and an internet connection.
And those two things are available nearly everywhere in the world these days.

For the new world oders, i guess. Bitcoin has affected strongly to the economics. And there is no doubt that bitcoin are getting more and more popular. People nowaday are get use to bitcoin. In my opinion, bitcoin will be the only currency in the world |

I don't think that his exact idea was to stop Paypal specifically. Besides, Paypal is just a symptom of the centralized banking industry as a whole, to which Bitcoin provides an alternative. |

I think Nakamoto created bitcoin for a good purpose to the people as you can see now bitcoin is very fast to transfer in another wallet. So i think he created bitcoin to easy tranfer money using bitcoin. Nakamoto have an great idea to created a crypto currency that we can convert it in real money. |

I think Nakamoto created bitcoin for a good purpose to the people as you can see now bitcoin is very fast to transfer in another wallet. So i think he created bitcoin to easy tranfer money using bitcoin. Nakamoto have an great idea to created a crypto currency that we can convert it in real money. This could have been created to have an independent currency without banking system and the control of government. The other goal would have been to see all experience profits. There was a big struggle in introducing this at the beginning. As we all know, BTC did not have any value when it was introduced. Soon later, its values kept flying and kept an example for banks and governments that it can replace banking systems. |

The white paper that satoshi wrote gives the reason that it was created just read it here ]lhttps://bitcoin.org/bitcoin.pdf] also satoshi would not have known at the time that it would ever be successful so it wasnt to make money. Gold also is backed by nothing and is only valuable because people accept it and believe in it. |

Well that is given and bitcoin was created for our own use and that is going to make us more comfortable and convenient for using it. And it is created for all of us because who are the ones that will use bitcoin but no other than us, the people.
