But as of now there's a battle happening between BU and core bitcoin (real one) which is making the whole crypto's depending on it's market. If BU will win on this duel then core bitcoin is going to be dead a little by little
This battle is a fake one

It is just one sort of FUD employed to shake bitcoins out of weak hands. They are never going to release their project to real life since that would would mean a miserable end of it and fast at that. They will continue to spread their FUD like before, but obviously, it won't work any more. People have got used to real threats and dangers like the PBoC effectively banning Bitcoin from wide circulation (while not making it outright illegal, though). Bitcoin went down to 750 dollars per coin back then, this time it rebounded from 950 dollars. This basically tells it all
Yeah and I guess this is now done as the price of bitcoin is increasing again. People nowadays loves to spread fud and wants to argue and defeat the original bitcoin which gave them good profit. I had read somewhere here that PBoC is changing their decision now and they are going to allow bitcoin withdrawals but not with deposit, I don't think if this is real or not.

Just on the bold part: Most nodes / sites / people focused on Bitcoin are located outside of the PBoC's reach. And even inside their realm there are possibilities. So PBoC influence has been overated.

Yes it could be. It has the potential but I think it has a long way to go because I know it will face many technical issues before that happens. The timing of bitcoin is perfect for our modern generation and the best criteria for making it the new era of currency.
although the future of bitcoin bright future, but it does not make bitcoin chance the new currency in the world becomes easy it will remain difficult for the government would have banned the bitcoin

I don't really think that the PBoC influence has been overrated

I'd rather say that the influence of the Chinese exchanges with their fake volumes (somehow I'm not surprised at all since China has always been prone to window dressing) had been greatly overestimated. And it seems to be not just us but also the Chinese central bank itself that fell victim to this dog and pony show. So no surprise that the PBoC might be sidestepping in their crusade against the exchanges or even backpedaling the issue somewhat. On the other hand, I'm inclined to think that these exchanges will just move entirely into cyberspace, i.e. without physical presence like what Bitfinex seems to have done recently

They are able to monitor basically anything with their ties to the Chinese government.

For example, they could easily restrict access to one of the biggest payment processors in China, Alipay or WeChat pay to gain control over P2P anonymous transactions conducted by bitcoin traders.

Right now people are moving away from centralised exchanges, and onto P2P marketplaces such as localbitcoins.

It would be interesting to see how things pan out from here...

Since bitcoin is trending now world wide because you can easily earn this and it exchange in real cash. Is bitcoin the new value of currency in the internet? Is he the new money? Can we use it in buying foods and etc in the future?

Yup Bitcoin is trending nowadays but to earn it easily is another thing. Bitcoin is what they call gold of the internet. If gold is hard to earn in the Earth's soil then Bitcoin is hard to earn in the spectrum waves.
If we're talking about the new value of currency in the internet, there are several cryptocurrencies except Bitcoin and Bitcoin is the most popular of them but I can't tell it the new value of currency so soon we've got a long way to go.
We are dreaming about the new money and Bitcoin is a candidate for that. It is still not legally accepted as a form of exchange I think it's too early to say that BTC is the new money.
If we're talking about if we can use it to buy foods and etc. Definitely yes, there are stores and banks that accepts Bitcoin I can name a few if you let me. But the point is, it is being used in some services and it can be use as an exchange to buy things. Don't worry Bitcoin are being used in that kind of things. ( May vary in country and location )

It is and has always been for the past decade. Bitcoin has redefined money and how we can use digital money to our advantage and the freedom, anonymity and comfort it offers is nothing the current financial system can compete so for me it's evident that Bitcoin is the new era of currency.
The future outlook for the bitcoin is promising, the of bitcoin being used as a medium of value exchange rather than a financial instrument for long term investment, the bitcoin was first created for the purpose of value exchange but people started using it for purchases so the amount exchanged decreased, low liquidity on exchange are leading to increased demand which will lead to an increased value.

Though it's hard to achieve a massive adoption but the increasing demand of bitcoin is a good indication that the value will eventually increase in the future to come, we came here for one reason, to earn through bitcoin and we can do it in different ways. I believe that this crypto currency will be more successful in the future and that will not only be the success of bitcoin as altcoins will also follow, it will be a big community where we will benefit on a fast and cheap transactions.

No. The problem with bitcoin is that it doesn’t have enough transactions per second to handle all of the currencies of the world.

Also the way that bitcoin is governed is highly centralized. There are about a two dozen people in the world that could collude to make bitcoin do whatever they want. If you are talking about billions of dollars, then there is not enough incentive for people to get together to do strange things, but if you are talking about trillions, then there is.

Now it turns out that there are about two dozen people in the world who could collude to make the Dollar or Euro or RMB do whatever they want, but we know who they are, and people are used to them, and most people trust them more than the people that run bitcoin.

The future of the world currency system IMHO are asset-based coins. OKCoin is about to release the OKDollar which is a digital coin which is convertible one to one with the US Dollar, and there are a number of companies that are working on gold-based coins. UBS also is working on a settlement utility coin.

Once you have an asset backed coin, then you can use that for global trade settlement rather than the US dollar.

I agree with statement and bitcoin is the next evolution of money. Bitcoin is now getting good number of users and supporters. It is widely used as an investment and for trading, gambling and transfer of value. Governments all over the world are trying to develop digital currency like bitcoin but something that can be regulated by them. They have got the inspiration from bitcoin itself.

Yeah thats true, but it is somehow impossible that governments will consider it as an actual currency, bitcoin will only be used when it is converted to their standardized currency. If bitcoin has been considered as currency worldwide, how would people know where tha money came from during transactions, I mean how will they evaluate the country's  individual economy?

we know that today so many coins are distributed, even almost all the coins have a price and can make buying and selling. well, that all may be influenced by bitcoin. I am so sure that bitcoin is really going to bring a new era in world currency.

For us it already did make a change. It is our own new currency now. Although we are not that many yet we are still backig up bitcoin into achieving its goal for the new world that will need a new cureency.
All of the happening around us could just be a little bump to what will bitcoin become after a few more years.

I am not sure because the price of bitcoin is not stable, to become the new currency, surely the price of bitcoin must be stable and not easily controlled and manipulation.

I do hope it would be the next currency for the upcoming era or years to come. It already had changed the lifestyle for some, I've heard on our local news about earning while you are at home. So more people are getting curious about it even investors from countries around the world are trying to invest on bitcoins and other altcoins. Imagine you can pay your bills by using that currency and buying things online. We won't know in the near future that it would be part of every household.

I think it is! The future is here and we need to adopt it and accept the future. If we don't we die. We must innovate and move into what is more convenient, safer, faster, economic and something that will totally help the environment by not using anymore trees. This depends on various things. Government legislation about Bitcoin will be an important factor for whether it will be the new era of currency. Energy expenditure for mining is becoming huge. Protecting the environment is a big growing trend, and there has to be some innovation to make Bitcoin mining use up less energy. There are very few stores accepting it as a payment option. Bitcoin is said the be the payment system of the internet, but there are very few stores accepting it as a payment option; most online purchases with Bitcoins can only be made using third party websites.
And In terms of technology, there might be some revolutionary new thing that could replace Bitcoin.

Bitcoin isn't the Currency of the near future. As a matter of fact, Bitcoin might not get to a Currency status at all because of how unstable the payment system is.
If the the transactions of Bitcoin was really fast then Bitcoin would have a chance, if you look at most of the Currencies out in the world -they are instant when transferred to another person. Bitcoin could get transferred to another person physically but it would have to have verification and that involves downloading the whole Bitcoin Blockchain while checking data files.

I think because of the fact that it has so much potential, everything will be smoothed over and worked out, it will just take time. I hope at least. Bitcoin is what ought to be.

Bitcoin is very limited and it has only exist in online transaction, with that it cannot be the new era currency surpassing what fiat digital currency has achieve. To be able to be called as the new era it should possess the characteristics that would benefit everyone when using such currency and as for
the status of bitcoin nowadays, it's till unclear if it will continue to be dominant online as it is clearly manipulated and the hardest thing is the government would not allow it to be.

exactly once, actually bitcoin doesn't need adoption. Bitcoin only requires market that always want bitcoin, so each time a repeat of the bitcoin transactions are always going on and that's what makes the value of bitcoin always survive and sometimes higher. because it is useless if the bitcoin in adoption by many people but there was no repeat of the transaction, then growth will be increasingly difficult for streaking and survive. Bitcoin only give advantage to those who want to think well and want to innovate

Bitcoin can actually be used to buy food online and some shops even accept it, but its true that it is not as flexible as fiat. But it is getting more and more adopted.
