I'm really glad the DAPS team have now acknowledged that the original developer may still hold a significant amount of funds. I've made this concern known on several occasions.

I see the price has already plummeted. I feel for the people who've invested.

@bling121 not sure doxing is the right thing to do - has anyone actually been scammed? - but you may be interested to know that the original developer is also from Queensland Australia. Possibly just pure coincidence, but an interesting one nevertheless.

So I like the idea of daps/peepcoin (and bought a bunch) but something I am worried about is how much of this is going to be a legit new project, vs trying to just cover the losses of people who got exit scammed by original dev?

Yes, I know it sucks, but as a new investor it makes me wary of all this 'need to make the past right' as there are people out there with millions of peepcoin just waiting for it to pump so they can dump on new investors (me).  There are unfortunate similarities here and the whole chaincoin scam that happened last year: dead project people buy in cheap huge, hype about new project, price pumps, inner group dumps on everyone.

Dont take this as an insult, I am looking for info to make me feel more comfortable about the project.

They ban people in their telegram chat when this is talked about, so imagine the possibilities.

BS!...they think they can fool people again and again one they do a scam. Second they go ahead and post due to recent Bitcoin slump. They have started the investigations. 'Bitcoin slump has nothing to do with PCN holdings'. These guys really, actually this also shows his real value..so what if old dev holds coin so what he will dump...he still had a 5%. Q: How much did you acquire before announcing to the world of your takeover? Q: How much did you sell during last 3 months? An example price in fiat per PCN at some time this year was 1PCN = $0.00000001. So for a 1000 USD you bought a billion coins and for 10000 around 10 billion. Since mid May volumes are constantly $1mil. I think this guy has sold the most. Funny that  he involved McCafee guy in this too..with his GF. This is a heist...more of a robbery while SEC might not take a notice police will for scamming a lot of innocent people. It is like if I have a $100k I can run a million dollar crypto scam.

Using privileged information or making catastrophic announcements is very serious! In the country where I live, many people lose their lives because of this! This irresponsible maneuver of the DAPS administrators is very similar to what the administrators of the POMA project did with HTLMCOIN, the html community in the world has united and the currency has returned to normal with great possibilities of much growth. I think the PCN should do the same, take advantage of this, people take over the project and put things on the track while you still have time.
