Worst bitcoin decision you've ever made?

I regret only that it was too late to join bitcoin and missed the opportunity to earn. At first it seemed to me that this was a scam, and now this is the best way to earn money for me.

If you just recently heard about bitcoin or you hear it 3 months or 5 months ago then there is no need to regret since. You can still earn bitcoin or buy and hold it for long term investment.

My ultimate regret is that I never been contented in my profit resulting to greed that leads to no-profit at all. That was a considerable amount of Bitcoin but there's nothing I can do but learn and be wiser.

Greed is evil in nature and we all are taught in our childhoods to stay away from this thing. I am so sorry to hear that you lost your profit just because of being greedy but the good thing is you learned from your mistake and now are no longer greedy person. Just try to set your targets with every coin especially with bitcoin and when your coin has reached the targeted value, cash it out for enjoying profit.

I think just create a target and trade as your rules for investment, you can avoid the loss by your greed. I'm a loser and missed many opportunities sell my altcoin (not is Bitcoin) with highest price, almost those coins were increased 200-300% , even 700% but I still was not take profits any coins. That is my big regret after those altcoin dumped to base price again. I hope others can understand the greed always the biggest our enemy

For me, one of the worst thing I did in bitcoin history is to let me scam for about a half of 1 btc because of my clumsiness. In that time I will going to put my earnings in my wallet so that I copy and paste my address yet I didn't recognized that I have add an additional letter then I push the send button then all of my earning are gone and put in other wallet. I was very sad and angry to myself that time.

the worst decision I did was to dare to buy a new coin that was released in the exchanger without looking at the real price, so I can say I bought well above the normal price and it made me lose 70% of the total bitcoin I have.

My worst decision is that i haven't started collecting Bitcoins in 2012 if i did that. I would now have some extra money. In 2012 bitcoin was not so high so if you had bought 10 coins.

You would now have more money. I have now invested in bitcoin hoping that i can help my family with this income.

If you knew about bitcoin back then and did not invest in it, it can be the worst mistake of your life but you must not make it your regret. At least you are investing in it now. At that time, in 2012, bitcoin prices were very very cheap as compare to now. However, my biggest regret is I holded on bitcoin when it was sky high. I could have buy more during the downfall. I am not much of a trader so maybe that is why I did not do it.

Selling low on panic is the worst mistake that I did in the past, but I have never did something stupid as an user did. He has bought it at the price of $4300 or something and has sold for $2900 just on panic seeing the continued price fall. None could have made such a mistake during this time, because its almost clear it's the time for pumping for various reasons.

I am a beginner on trading, yesterday I was looking for a coin to trade with btc then sell it right away but instead of earning I just loss some of my btc I accidentally sell it half the price of what I bought then I got pissed so I decided not to buy it again but when I checked the market price of the coin earlier it turned 98%. I first was going to buy btc when it was around $50 - but I could not get the wallet to work as my computer download speed was too slow to down load the whole blockchain. That was before I know about the Electrum Wallet.  So I gave up and deleted it off my computer.  I also missed out on DASH when it was $5.  I was going to buy but had issues with the whole block chain wallet.  Eventually after seeing the price of crypto take off.  I started doing more research and watching You-Tube videos.  I now know how to make wallets work...

There comes so many occasions in your life when you make some bad decisions due to which you feel regret in the future. In my opinion, every time you do such kind of thing you are actually learning something good which can help you in your future.

I feel regret of only one decision and that is not to invest my money in bitcoin at the time when its market value was hardly 3000$.

well i think the most worst off all the bitcoin dicision is occur when i really first meet bitcoin or when a freind introduce bitcoin but i refused it because in first i really dont believe in bitcoin.but in a long run there is no other choice than to believe because sometimes if a person is on the disperate way of  gaining profit we really take any kind of risk in order to get extra income.i believe that my verry worst dicision about bitcoin is that qhen i really believe bitcoin yesterday now i see what was really the big opportunity that i refused yesterday.

Well, that was literally a kind of waste of money that was really regretful but since it is your own fund, you have the right to handle it depending on your preference. In my part, the biggest regret that I have done related to bitcoin, is that when I have first encountered the price dump, I really got into panic and alarmed and do not know what to do so I decided to transfer my funds into my national currency which is really a wrong move because when I turned it back to my cryptowallet, it is not the same price again which is regretful for me because I doubt bitcoin capacity to grow.

No one could've known that it's going to go this far dude. I've heard stories of people spending 10btcs in 2010 for pizza. Looking back, don't blame yourself since it isn't a mistake. What's important is the now and we still have a chance to really earn money with this, although not as much as before
