It is not like the non strategical games are -ve and don't require experience. And at the same time eve the best of gambling games like poker can give you loss no matter how experienced you are because they all need luck and with rubbish cards you cannot win the game.

LOL I actually think that experience in dice would give you a better chance of predicting the result that would give you a good chance of winning. The chances of winning in dice pretty much are the same for newbies and beginners. The only thing that experience would give you advantage of here, as with most luck based gambling games, is knowing how to be smart in placing your bets and handling your bankroll.
