The price difference between both projects is very high at the moment.

Removed sidechains (deprecated in favor of smartbridge)
Removed custom node version
Removed UI for stability and security reasons
Changed some constants (block rewards, blocktime etc...)
Added simple PBFT before forging new block
Ditch addresses from the protocol in favor of bitcoin like system, enabling HD Wallet as for BIP32
Completely rewritten node management using a single NodeManager and messaging system
Completely rewritten round management (removed mem_round, reward block fees to forger)
Added 64 bytes vendorField as first iteration of smart bridge
Made peers management entirely in-memory for efficiency
Strengthened the transaction management and broadcast (reject often, reject soon)
Rearchitect with relay nodes and forging nodes
Nodes broadcast only block headers


### Planned features:

Simple blockchain validation for SPV and use in lite clients
Add IPFS as first class citizen (using smartbridge addressing)
Protocol improvements (uncle forging, voting weights).
Remove unsecured API
Routing tables


+ 8 second block times, currently capped TX per block at 50 - scaled up as needed we have already test 200 TX per block on testnet and will improve on that in the future months and a lot of tiny little things that are not on the list + a lof more planned for future of course.

BitcoinArsenal  ARK is a shitcoin the same as crypti or lisk. There is nothing new in ARK. Only simple changes: lisk 101 delegate>>> ark 51 delegate, lisk block time 10-12 sec>>> ark 8-10 sec and removed or disabled old crypti functions.  Ark doesn't have any new functions.  They promised smart contracts, private transactions.  Nothing has been done. They don't want to hire new developers.  ARK is a big scam. It is not a valuable, any idiot can take the crypti source and change the name to ARK. After pump many people will become ark bagholders throughout his life.
