That's not really a big compliment to ARK team looking how LISK is doing since the start. I'm kinda sure ARK will be way better than that,both in price and technology. I would say ARK will be what LISK wanted and tried to be.

I'm a little bias on this but sometime I feel bad for Lisk, they don't have a team, basically they only have Oliver and two little helpers who have no clue about crypto. ARK have an army of coders team, I don't know how this came about but I would need to observe more. I don't think Max is a coder. In crypto coder is king and smart marketing is second, very important.
