yes i think poloniex is the best exchange with big trading volume

polo is the one which have largest volume but it is quite hard to get listed in their. They have listed lisk just during the main net launch but they are not doing this to every crypto. We can request them to lisk ARK but the final decision will be always theirs.

I have bought few ARK from bittrex at around 6k, hoping for atleast 10k.

a blockchain is a blockchain.  I think this should be no problem bridging up both forks if it ever comes to it, even if not through native SmartBridging but definatly through encoded listeners.

The best way to manage alts during a bull run is to sell portions of it and ALWAYS keep some in your bag to take advantage of an eventual insane spike. So far I sold about half of my ARKs between 10k and 30k but I will hold super tight the ones left in my bag until 1 ARK = 0.05BTC

It is very rare to see such performance in such short period of time when some token has such appreciation. The volume is growing which is pushing the price at new all time high and strong buy support is helping the floor to stay solid and maintain at after every increase.
