No worries there, when you vote for the delegates, you don't pass your ARK to them, you pass your ARK vote power to them. You technically still hold your Ark in your wallet, but the coin vote power is passed towards the delegate. But every vote/unvote delegate requires a small payment.

If you are new, i would suggest you to vote for delegates that doesn't has a huge amount of ARK Vote on top of it, the reason why is because if your ARK Weight is less than a minimum amount of the Total Vote Weight in a delegate

You would get very less of revenue sharing.

You can fully use Ark you vote with - its yours, you don't "lease" it, just voting with it.

We won't delay again, mostly because we won't launch until it is has a baseline of functionality and security that lead dev feels comfortable with.
