another problem unless it takes over 6 hours to see it on blobkexplorer... I transferred 600k from my cryptopia acct to my desktop wallet and nothing shows. on blockexplorer it has this for transaction:

My Ember seemed lost too. I made 3 purchases of Ember on Cryptopia late last night and 2 went through to my Ember wallet super fast. The last one did not show up. I was getting worried but then I awoke and it's there. Maybe just taking a lot of time on some transactions to send. Just glad it made it there. Cryptopia had said it was sent and gave a transaction id immediately after I sent the withdrawal to my wallet. Hopefully that's just the case with yours as well. Time from when Cryptopia said was sent to when I received the delayed transaction was about 8.5 hours.

Ohh and BTW when I looked at my transaction ID it gave the same time/date info that yours does. 1970

Please help, I have the embercoin wallet since aug 25th, I backed it up since (on aug 25th after deposited and never backed it up after) and put coins in, I staked for 2 days and then withdrew half of it. Then after i withdrew it I havent been staking for many days (was only 1 to 2 connections anyway) so I tried this method and it replaced my wallet.dat file (that I didnt back up recently with the 2 stakes I got). after I used the bootstrap file I dont see my coins so I am using my old wallet file and it is showing only the deposit I made and the withdrawal without the 2 stakes inbetween. I guess it is syncing now as I am waiting but will it show the 2 stakes I received? is there anything I can do?

I am synching now with a new install without using the bootstrap.  The Piggycoin wallet was having a problem with me using a bootstrap, and I synched it doing it without one with a new install.   Maybe someone has other advice.

Please help, I have the embercoin wallet since aug 25th, I backed it up since (on aug 25th after deposited and never backed it up after) and put coins in, I staked for 2 days and then withdrew half of it. Then after i withdrew it I havent been staking for many days (was only 1 to 2 connections anyway) so I tried this method and it replaced my wallet.dat file (that I didnt back up recently with the 2 stakes I got). after I used the bootstrap file I dont see my coins so I am using my old wallet file and it is showing only the deposit I made and the withdrawal without the 2 stakes inbetween. I guess it is syncing now as I am waiting but will it show the 2 stakes I received? is there anything I can do?

btw, In total I bought 5 mill coins, I staked 2 mill coins then after I sold 2 mill. Then I accidentally replaced the wallet file, now it is showing I only have an unconfirmed balance of 623,048, is there any way I can get the rest of my coins back?

On the total coin supply, I think that may be a bogus number, unless you can see a richlist and see all the coins that are not in exchange orders.

There is an Order book: 69,845,857.64130058 EMB at Nova.

So, unless there are some people staking with wallets that have over 5 million, or just cold storage like that, doesn't seem the total number of coins is over 2 billion.  There aren't that many connections to the wallet that make me think these numbers are 15,173,463,617 EMB at CMC.

Maybe the original was a projection for the original timeline?

The only thing my numbers don't take in account that I know about are the orders in LTC, etc. if those aren't included.

The coin is going through hyperinflation. Watch the total suplply its going up a billion every day now. Just wait a day or 2 it will be at 1 sat again for the simple fact of supply and demand. Too many people are now staking it at a rate of 7000% the amount of sellers will far exceed the buyers. The smart ones cashed out at 16 sat.

There is no minimum, but the more you have the faster you get your returns like:

(not the real times and ammounts, just an example)

if you have 3million: you get your staked money after 4 days - 4x20% so 3mil x 1.8
if you have 10 million:  you get staked money after one day - 1x20%

the clue is, when you get it daily - the staked money get used for the 20% again (after 10h of maturing)

The staking weight is 4.8 Billion for EMB that equals to 4.8 Billion coins, That doesn't include the coins that are not mature yet so it will be bout 20-30% more. So at least 6 Billions coins are being staked.
