How do you know when a site tries to scam you?

I think it is simply to know whether a website is a fraud or trusted.those site which offer high interest for deposit are always fraud.generally fraud website register their domain for only 1 year. Or you can check their backup option,forum etc as mentioned by other users

Before you try to invest  on a certain website   be sure  to search first all informations   regarding to a  website, all find a review or   opinions  on a  certain website  because  with this way  you could somehow  know about   on the site legitimacy. If  you saw most negative feedbacks then dont  try to proceed.

You can't actually see the real score of a certain site if this is legit or not since theyre are so many refferal junkies and willing to risk your money just for the sake of their bunos, they will surely say good things about that site so you would be encourage to invest and turn out to be a scam victim later so for this not to be happen well we should not invest at any of those at this moment since anything can be wrong bad for just single minute for hyip sites.

There are   really people  out there whose  too hungry for referrals  and  would really try to  pursue  on convincing you  to join a  certain website and they say all good things about them and  the  goodness  when you  join and   thats why some  people would  really fall for that  believing  all those  sweet words from someone  but they really dont  know the  real  motive which is  getting   referral  bonus  when they   recruit someone. Thats their advantage  though and they  dont  care  about the  person  of being scammed  of that site.

But we can't do anything against them since its there choice to spread the scam site everywhere and we cannot put some bad tag on them since the spreading happened at social media sites, and i really believe that this kind of scheme will be hardnto.elimanate easily since there are so many frauds continuesly making some another just to scam people again.

the problem is that people prefer scam sites than honnest sites.

When you create a site and say:
earn daily 10000 satoshi you have members even if you scam your members.
when you say 500 satoshi and you are honnest...noboddy comes because people prefer go to the scammers...

So is life...and if in the meantime the honnest webmaster is bombed with red trust you can forget the honnest site.

And so soon you have red trusted the scammer...he has open ten other scam sites.

On forums you have 10 members saying an honnest site is scam and only one or two saying the site is honnest...
And the wrong redtrusters never admit that they was wrong...they disappear...

Those people are always making fake and marketting ways to be visible for many people newbie always experience of scam and i think they are getting newbie to invest high because its just for investing and nothing they are needed to do just to invest and make profit.. but honestly when i was scam before i thought that bitcoin is scam so i search many times and found this forum and it helps me to know those who are scammers or not. .

Yeah this post is spot on, I will just add to be cautious about new sites claiming they have been around for years and that they have a bunch of decades of experience since most likely hose sites are scams as well.

Cloud mining websites were the most profitable ones a few years ago making MILLIONS in profits, but now it looks like almost everyone finally understood it's just a fake business. Fake for us, extremely profitable for them. Make sure you look up the websites on Google before you register and try them out. Search for reviews of that website and be careful, there might be even fake reviews. Fake websites got fake reviews and fake user counts and stuff like that. For example, there was a website a while ago that used to fake their user counting so whenever you refreshed you got a random number of users. There are plenty of things you can find suspicious on websites.

We could actually say  its a scam  if   it  hits  us  for  sure  but   as a  human we  could eventually avoid  it    if we saw some  factors that are  quite suspicious  on  our awareness. In my experience, you simply have to google the website that you're about to use. Even before you find out about a website, somebody has already posted a feedback about it. The arguments are almost everytime (99%) based in some bizarre profit/return.

Appearance is not everything but it's important, and linked with that you have to look at the source code. Many scam pages have pre-defined script and the logic or the code it's not linked with what the site offers.

Google it then search in The Badlist in badbitcoins.org.

I do not agree:
If the unique risk is that the sky can fall on our head (or such kind of risk) then it is for me 0 risk.

My U2 system is 0 risk and I can not accept that people say it is not so...

Yep and the bad thing is that doing that is extremely easy and cheap, in order to create a script that in every refresh increases the number of users is extremely easy, just a few lines of code that anyone can do.
