hi al just had a payout - thank you extremal.

Just wondering, I have been mining with the standard zcashgpuminer client.  When i use silentarmy I get 0sol on all cards... 

Do I need to change anything in config to get silentarmy working? 

Anyone more clever than me wish to explain? 

you need to change your windows to win 7 x64

thank you for your reply.  On that miner it is windows 7 pro x64.  I have 2 x 7950's and both get 0sol with silent army. 

Any other ideas? - do i need specific drivers?

my three 470 are doing this now with genoil-zec .041  got it working !!!

zec-sa#0: 24.2S/s       zec-sa#1: 26.8S/s       zec-sa#2: 28.0S/s       total: 78.9S

tops out around 85 sols or so on three RX 470 won't work any of my other cards it seems just the 400 series .

My cards are doing 28 sols tops at stock setting and stack firm ware setting. no cpu cores .

genoil-zec uses the silent army kernels

other pools has problems too.. there was no pool without problems
if there was no problem the price wasn't so high due to significally higher supply!

Tried zcash.flypool.org for a few minutes with new Genoil 0.4.1.
Not later then ~3 minutes all cards crashed, tried 3 times.
So no alternative for me.

Mining this coin is absolutely horrible at the moment.

Genoil 0.4.1 is not for flypool only supernova and coinmine

Genoil's miner works on flypool, it's listed on their's frontpage. Don't spread misinformation.

i downloaded the 0.2.0 zip from the first page of this thread, extracted it to my home folder. Run Terminal, navigate to directory.. cd zcashclient-.0.2.0 hit enter, then type ./zcashgpuclient_silentarmy
