I just found the bitcointalk OP and found this via a tweet someone tweeted so I will join up and try in the beta testing too and get some friends to join. Count me in for the social campaign and blog review, video which I will do over the weekend.  . This looks pretty exciting to have a token sale when there is already a product up and running. |

You said that you already developed the product, so why you need crowdfunding money?
The second phase development could take place from profits made in trades
What would you do if threshold is not reached?
I personally don't like the distribution. Only 5 % started for crowd campaign.
Assuming Mercatox reaches exactly 100 Bitcoin. So 0.05 % share in company for 1 Bitcoin.
Let's assume daily volume to be $100,000 ( after some months, currently it is very less)
Fees is 0.5 % Right?
So profit of $500 per day
Profit of $ 182500 per year.
For 0.05% share, dividend= $91.25 per year
At this rate you would hit ROI in 8 years !
Note that I have not considered bonuses
Also I have not considered the money used in legal, development, etc work , which means even less ROI.
@Mercatox please tell me if I'm wrong somewhere. I'm not sure what the trading fees is.
