The OP is not active here from two days and don't know that when will he come back. Try to contact them on their website through their support system. It will save your time to get reply in time.

There are hopes iconomi and vsclice will be added in the coming weeks. And will advice the exchange to add some new currency base their discretion eg incent, janus, darcrus,egaas, wings for wider service in trade.

I see that this is a UK exchange registered in the UK. Great as I am from the UK. But there are no native speakers in dev team, or at least the community advisors. Also, many options as usual for Fiat deposits from USD EUR and RUB... but none for GBP.

yeah, I think the same thing for some altcoin added on mercatox may also be an effect on buying support stocks Merca, at least may be many other altcoins added soon

Customer service is provided and have made a complain on the site for more than 1 week without response. ddos attack also in few days back. mercatox is a new trading site I thought they would begin developing, I see how it is with poloniex and some other trading sites all started like this, let's see it to flourish you might be able to use your account with this security may soon be getting more 2FA
