Their so called "fix" took the XRB wallet out of maintenance but now my withdrawl just sits there under withdraw and not being processed for 6 hours + now .. this is total bullshit.

please  dont make any dposit to this exchange its pure scam , almost 99%  of registerd member cannot withdrawn their coins or token  , but only pumping shit coins to attract  more victims , no admin no moderator no supoort.

Still waiting for my BTC withdraw from Mercatox on January 20th. No reply to support email. Status is "Paid" so no way to cancel it using the javascript trick.

Any idea how long of a wait I'm in for? It sounds like some people do get them eventually from what I've seen elsewhere. Trying to stay calm about this but it's a lot of money ($1500 or so) basically stuck right now.

I don't believe it is a scam, but system problems. However people need to be aware of these issues when depositing money for sure.

They should use this offline time to run some manual scripts to process the backlog of withdrawals.

Agree. I have deposited and withdrawn several times in the last few days, and there are some delays.

Where a withdrawal takes a user over the relevant limits (each coin is different)  it may be referred to manual processing : that can be a long process.

thats what they do... they wont rob everyone. They let a customer to have his/her money so they can spread the word. All interested join telegram chat (its not official, but for all people who have their money taken). Needless to say, we are crowded.

guys, i tried to withdraw 15,000,000 KIN 17 days ago from my Mercatox account, but it is still showing Processing... and i have not received them in my Ether wallet after 17 days... can anyone help me and say how I can either cancel the transaction or make it go through? i have opened 10 tickets with Mercatox but nobody at Mercatox is even recognizing that i have a problem...

Same problem dont use mercatox, its a scam
