@Mercatox can you please explain why you holding the XSG (aka Snowgem) project to ransom by having the projects wallet in maintenance for over a month now without any explanation ? Numerous tickets has been created and the only response members got are "Soon" for a company offering a trading service this is rather unprofessional and extremely immature in the way you have responded or lack thereof in this incident. It would be highly appreciated if you can or have the decency to respond with a reasonable answer as to whats going on and when the issue will be resolved. This is really sad as the three core devs are busting their ass daily but are hamstrung with this exchange not enabling trading for this project which they had paid for. About 3 weeks ago, Mercatox had problems. Since then, a lot of wallets are in maintenance. Those coins "under maintenance" cannot be withdrawn, so it's frustrating when you have some more coins to add to complete a MasterNode for exemple .. and you cannot ! No professional ETA released. Only ticket replies with ... soon. What is so hard to make it work guys ? Please... do not play with your users impatience  At least say something: in 2 weeks from now we will do it. You took the money for the listings, but now when people need to use the service they paid for.. they cannot. |

I have been trying to withdraw my XSG from Mercatox for WEEKS now, and can't because their wallets are constantly showing as in maintenance.
I have logged multiple service desk calls with them asking what is going on, all they ever do is ignore me or respond telling me to have patience (bearing in mind I have been chasing them over and over again for several weeks)
I can't believe that they won't even give anyone a straight forward answer as to how much longer it is going to be days/weeks/months/never
I have lost all confidence in ever using Mercatox again, as they cannot guarantee that I will ever be able to see my money again or give me any sort of reasonable explanation as to what is going on.
Several people have been affected, making it near impossible for people to trade XSG
Come on Mercatox, for once actually tell us what is going on. The length of time that you have been holding our money hostage is completely unacceptable.

Another week goes by, another message from Mercatox giving me a fobbed off answer as to where my money is. I have been waiting 2 months now for my XSG and still nothing. This exchange is the biggest scam I've ever had to deal with. They won't just admit that the money has been stolen and tell us what they are going to do to resolve it. Absolute shocking disgrace of customer service. WHERE IS MY MONEY MERCATOX?  |

Mercatox is holding the XSG-wallets under maintenance for more than a month. They are refusing people for manual withdrawals. On all requests they just reply "we will repair it soon". Shame!  |
