There are people who can take advantage of those pumps & dumps and get profits, while others get losses. Anyway, it is obviously not a game for newbies. Newbies in crypto should stick with bitcoin, and then gradually expand their portfolio with top altcoins. Staying away from non-top altcoins and newborn ones will help them safe with their capital.
