Why do they need to contact him, ICOcountdown have history of tasking developers before listing their project on his website, he is no providing any technical details on the project is just to list the Icon on the page. I think there are so many sites offering that service now. Even ICOcountdown needs bitcointalk.org to be successful

November 28th, 2016 Julian Yap contacted me via email and asked to be relieved from the duties of being one of the escrows due to an 'unforeseen emergency'. The new BTC address has been updated on https://darcr.us for keeping track of how many BTC we have raised. The address is:

17rAmeDxurcyyLu4BYaHtJkeA3KhYFBF7E

The new address is in my possession on my hardware wallet. In the event of a refund due to not raising enough BTC, the same procedure for refunding will take place, only faster since we will not have to wait 48 hours to get the BTC out of the Vault. When we _do_ raise enough BTC, it will be a bit easier to track the ICO funds. I also felt it prudent to remove the ICO funds from Coinbase due to the current state of their investigation. The last thing any of us would want is for the ICO funds to be locked in their exchange.

Julian will post his confirmation of the above soon.

I am a bit worried. First ICO since ETH, don't want Darcrus to end before it even starts .
