I don't think it would be helpful if you go to a lawyer regarding this case. In India gambling is illegal. However there are some uncertainty regarding Online gambling as different state in India follows separate laws. When it comes to online gambling in Bihar (You said you are from there) follows Sikkim and Nagaland where they have introduced online gambling act which restricts online casinos and sportsbooks. So, you would be the one going to have trouble if you push this further.

In India  450000 rupees is a big amount (too much amount for an underage child to have)  and you should have been careful about his activities. I am sure only stupid people would entrust this much money to a person who is below 18. I wonder why his uncle and friends didn't brought this into your attention. If they are threatening you to give them the money back, you can go to police to sort this out. It is their mistake too.

Hey I understand your concern about the lottery cause normally you do see the winner come here, and announce he’s won but I feel we need to give the casino the benefit of the doubt. I think they need to announce here more often about the lottery, as many players would not be aware of it. Also I haven’t visited their site for long so won’t know the difference about their past and current speed, but try clearing your cookies and cache and then see the difference.
