I think it would be necessary to add 24/7 live support on your platform. It's just a suggestion that helps your users a lot.

They already have a live chat but I had to make an account to check that, it isn't available to non-members which makes sense I think. I got a reply within moments of messaging the live support so I believe they are doing good in that department but the only area of concern is their trust here at bitcointalk. I like the design and everything on duckdice but I was and still am afraid to play because I don't know if I will be able to get my winnings back if I win.

Since they have a few more coins apart from BTC, I might deposit and play with some dogecoins. By the way, I was impressed to see 1000+ members online, as per their stats on top, because even stake and other prominent casinos cannot gather that much attention all the time. I hope the stats are real .

@Trump2024 explain what do you mean by it was too late, did you deposit and failed to win and do you have concrete proof that they have scammed you?. Maybe he was simply scared when he already registered in duckdice then he just came here to see duckdice thread and found out there was a red warning text on OP.

If that issue was already resolved, why lutpin still didn't remove the negative trust? As he is still active on this forum. Rating from zepher can't be changed anyway, only when he got removed from DT can changed it.
