I would not use XMR on duckdice, or use them at all in that matter. I deposited 3 XMR and they never replied for my simple refund. As soon as I deposited it logged me out and didn't have password set so can't reset password. I sent the TX ID and no response, also they removed their live chat support it seems recently. After reading here all the issues everyone has with this site I will just say RIP

You have not provided any support to your accusation and also a newbie account that is created for this claim.
There are at least screenshots and some links that may clear your accusation though i am also doubtful about this site and will surely prevent myself from playing until all the issue is cleared and they prove about being legit and trustworthy .

Given how they have been accused by a lot of people I think it's safe to say that your XMR is as good as gone because your problem isn't unique and they seem to claim a large number of victims.

Sorry, email support is very slow on the weekends, but from what we have already checked (check your email please), your account has a recovery email, so you can simply use recovery to login and your XMR is of course safe on your balance.

When i opened that, it said i got 5% rakeback as level 0 account on DD, but there is min amount rakeback we can claim, it's can't lower than that amount (less than 3600 sats). And it's up to 10% depending our level, as stated on their ToS about rakeback on here.

Depending on your level you can get up to 10% of the House Edge on any wagered amount.
