the site is back
Well that's good news this is a sign that they are going to do what they've done to Bitconnectcoin, unfortunately, I did not invest, it's way too risky because so many people are now against Bitconnectcoin, I made a profit investing in Bitconnectcoin and I can lose all here. |

Bitcoin price dump (have to pay out more BTC for every $ in interest paid) 4. High % volalility payment required tomorrow as BTC crashes. 5. Promoters fleeing BCC and scrambling for disclaimers 6. BCCX selling twice as many tokens today ($25,000,000 worth). Im sure its just FUD. Even Roy Murphy can't dream up excuses at the moment. Things are dire!!!! |

This is to inform all community members that we are closing the Bitconnect lending and exchange platform. We are closing the lending operation immediately with the release of all outstanding loans. With release of your entire active loan in the lending wallet we are transferring all your lending wallet balance to your BitConnect wallet balance at 363.62 USD. This rate has been calculated based on last 15 days averages of the closing price registered on coinmarketcap.com. You are free to withdraw your BitConnect coin currently in QT wallets that was used for staking as well. We are also closing BCC exchange platform in 5 days. In short, we are closing lending service and exchange service while BitConnect.co website will operate for wallet service, news and educational purposes.
The reason for halt of lending and exchange platform has many reasons as follow:
The continuous bad press has made community members uneasy and created a lack of confidence in the platform.
We have received two Cease and Desist letters, one from the Texas State Securities Board, and one from the North Carolina Secretary of State Securities Division. These actions have become a hindrance for the legal continuation of the platform.
Outside forces have performed DDos attacks on platform several times and have made it clear that these will continue. These interruptions in service have made the platform unstable and have created more panic inside the community.
Closing the lending and exchange platform doesn’t mean that we will stop supporting BitConnect coin. Closing the lending platform will allow Bitconnect to be listed on outside exchanges giving more options for trading.

Yes, it seems they are ending the platform although the coin and website will be kept. Everyone's capital releases are being returned at a 15-day average of the BCC rate. Remember they don't have to pay any BTC to anyone. They just need to pay in BCC tokens. The fact that they are able to return everyone's loans (albeit at a rate of around $363 rather than the current BCC rate) means they were well in profit. The problem is how are people going to cash out? The coin price will plummet if there is no lending system with everyone trying to cash out their capital releases simultaneously.  The good news is that DavorCoin and a couple of others will be just as good or better. |

Yep; a lot of people got screwed over. I can't even log into the site to collect my capital. The money should have been returned to us in Bitcoin since they ended the exchange system. The affiliate marketers were probably the first to know, which means they likely already dumped their coins. I won't be surprised if a major lawsuit breaks out over this, not only against Bitconnect (for not returning the funds in Bitcoin), but also the big Youtube affiliate marketers who have been pushing it and profiting from their followers knowing that the system would eventually collapse. |
