Hello everybody. Honestly I do not believe that this project will work in the future. So think carefully. I wish everyone good luck and success.

Due the changes in management of project, all future changes will be published in this topic https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1681719.7240
The market seems to start to grow by a little. Maybe our coin will grow up a bit. X5 would be good Wink

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

BCC is one of those mainly to blame why BTC went spiral down in value. That's why noobs are afraid to invest in cryptocurrencies. So the question now is that Will the dead BCC rise up again? Only if people still trust the BCC devs. I wish it will not rise again so that it will not infect BTC of its disease again.
I do believe they have been doing rebrand and created another connect coin. I remember the regalcoin, hextracoin, and any other ponzi coin was appearing after shitconnect has turned into the scam and erase all of the social media account and data. I might think one of them have created by the shitconnect creator.

I don't think BCC can be revived as it is however I do think it would be possible to do a BCC swap to a new coin that offered a proper legal way to do term deposits for increased POS rewards...

I think a lot of people out there may have the old BCC coin which is devalued and delisted on the exchanges with such low trading volume the coin is more or less dead... I think those people would possibly be interested in a path forward and I mentioned this in this thread some time back and my dev team is still discussing it...

Are any BCC coin holders following this thread any more?

There has to be some people out there with BCC that would want to discuss some good ideas?

If you are serious about it, may I suggest you create a new group, telegram, discord or here and launch a new discussion, maybe exchange old coin for something new and burn the old coins? Masternode coins with a purpose are popular now so maybe that's an idea?

Yes agreed! Yes a bcc swap to a new coin but a coin that offers something that bcc people were looking for which was a high yield on term deposits. I have posted a couple of times in here trying to gauge interest and so far it seems like the interest is almost zero. Either most bcc holders dumped everything and moved on or possibly they are just not watching this thread any more...

High yield projects are not usually sustainable. For example a high yield mastenode coin most people would dump all profits immediately and kill your price on the exchanges. I believe an average yield coin with longer ROI would be more successful as long as the use case for it can bring in new investors. One year ROI maybe?  You could also arrange the swap and burn of the old coin through an exchange.

I am thinking a high yield that degrades over time. The coin would have a standard POS just sitting in the wallet but users could lock the coins to get a higher pos and with that the longer they lock them the higher the pos. And then the standard POS and higher POS would reduce and reduce over time.

Say for example 10% apr for standard pos and if they lock the coins for 1 week 6.5% and for 1 month 25% and for 3 months 60% and for 6 months 87% and for 1 year 100%... then little by little all those percentages get dropped down over a period of 1 or 2 years down to a reasonable level. I don't know I am just thinking people that have BCC are left with zero options right now and those people were wanting to lock up deposits to get higher terms. Maybe offer some kind of a coin that does this in the wallet and not on a ponzi website. But anyway it would be nice to get a discussion going with some people that still hold BCC and see what they think about different options. It makes no sense to just let it die to nothing and everyone that has bcc coins loses 100%. There has to be some way to create a path forward IMHO

At least you're honest about looking for gullible idiots.

It actually makes perfect sense, it's a scam, let it die.

I am not looking for gullible idiots. Period. Do you think everybody that has invested in Europe Coin and chooses to make use of the term deposit feature is a gullible idiot?

Why would you prefer anyone that has BCC coins lose 100% and end up with zero instead of having an option to swap to a new coin with a path forward?  Huh

If anyone is interested in having a discussion about options for a path forward for people that are stuck holding Bitconnect coins you can join the Telegram group here: https://t.me/bcc_hope

I don't know what "Europe Coin" is. But anyone who "invested" in Bitconnect expecting to earn 1% per day (or whatever the bullshit rate was) is by definition a gullible idiot.

Why would you prefer anyone that has BCC coins lose 100% and end up with zero instead of having an option to swap to a new coin with a path forward?  Huh

You're missing the point. They already lost their money. They got scammed. End of story.

Besides you're not offering any path forward. Converting it into another useless token with no purpose is not going to create value, except for the "dev", who's obviously gonna have a hefty part of the premine. Go away.

I would respectfully point out that I choose to disagree with your arguments.

They already lost their money so I don't think that  deleting their wallet.dat files instead of swapping to a new altcoin makes a lot of sense from the perspective of any rational person that is stuck with BCC right now.

I fail to understand the basis of all your negative attacks. You can't possibly know with any certainty that the new coin (not token) will be useless, of no value and nothing more than a pre-mine money grab for a dev team?

Let's do this. You offer BCC coin holders your option and let my dev team come up with our option and then just let the holders of BCC decide which they like best Smiley

Here again, if anyone is interested in having an intelligent discussion about options for a path forward for people stuck holding Bitconnect coins you are more than welcome to join our telegram discussion at https://t.me/bcc_hope

All you have offered until now was high-yield deposits. That's utterly useless.

I already did. "Don't send money to scammers" is a great option. Doesn't require any effort whatsoever. There is no way any shitcoining dev team could possibly beat that.

I am no scammer you are 100% dead wrong on that totally false personal attack.

You can continue to offer holders of BCC to delete their wallet.dat and/or false personal attacks on me.

I will continue to work on a discussion for an intelligent path forward right here: https://t.me/bcc_hope

Even if it is a scam, they will be exchanging a zero value coin for something. If it ends up being a scam, no harm done. I don't see anything wrong with that as long as it's not a revival of a dead ponzi scheme for a new one that asks new funds from bcc holders.
I read all the horror stories from people who lost everything on this ponzi scheme, so I think any community driven project to help those people out should be supported. Bitconnects demise didn't just hurt bcc holders it hurt the entire crypto space. I believe the community, especially on this forum and especially senior members of this forum should help out all those people who lost their life's savings instead of bashing them as idiots.  Look at the proposal, use your experience and expertise as senior members and scrutinize the new proposal to make sure it is legit.
We need more people into the crypto community to make this revolution mainstream. Driving them away is not the solution. We all made mistakes when we were starting this journey.

You're contradicting yourself. If the Bitconnect scam "hurt the entire crypto space" then you can't claim "[if] it ends up being a scam, no harm done".

I looked at the above "proposal" of this high-yield masternode bullshit and I stand by my opinion. But those who put their money into Bitconnect didn't listen to the warnings anyway so you can stop appealing to the community. If someone wants to convert their BCCs to some other shitcoin - it's their choice, just as it is my choice to call out various shitcoiners fishing for gullible idiots in this thread.

Fair enough, you got a point there. It is contradicting.
On the other hand though, even though it definitely is your right to call them idiots, I don't think it is proper to call 1.5 million people idiots. At least not now.
Definitely call them any names you like as a warning when the scheme was still operational to protect them, but kicking someone when he is down, I'm sorry, but that's just wrong.
All I'm saying is we all make mistakes. I've been around since the beginning of bitcoin and was I tempted to invest in bitconnect? Of course I was. I was definitely curious to see what the fuss was all about. I took the time to read their code and I have to admit they did some good work.  But the platform didn't look sustainable and that corny show of unprofessionalism at their annual event with cars and money falling from the ceiling convinced me it was a ponzi scheme. But I did mine their coin and made good returns on the way up.  I was lucky that pow mining ended much before their demise. But I do feel for all the people that fell victims to these scammers.  And if the community is willing to help them even though they were greedy I will support it.  As long as it is a community effort and endorsed by some of the senior respected members of this community.

You can already trade in your old BCCs for a new coin, called Responsibility Coin.
We already have Stephen Colbert and Keegan Key as sponsors.

You can't buy or sell it though because its stated mission is to be a pump and dump coin, so that would be just irresponsible.
