As you can read in the Announcement, we are building a big community to spread the vision of Fermat and build the Internet of People.
And we have great news for you!

You can start mining now!

Everybody who is contributing to Fermat can get a mining license.

correct, but you will need Licence to mine.. how to acquire one or more read OP again

unfortunally, I have neither static IP no opportunity to run the node. Another great (I believe) project passing me by =))) But I don't give up and hoping things will change 4 better).

sure you can, u dont need static ip. you get whitelisted by your IoP address.. and for running node and mine you can use for example servers like digital ocean or even vultr. or even mine locally with your laptop. i am sure @marmai can explain this better.

maybe I jump in at this point, that it does not go into the wrong direction because of a misunderstanding:

1.) Dont need to.  It is like Bitcoin in the early days. You can mine propably 10-50 IoP Token just with a 24/7 normal i7 Computer. So in your case it may go down to 1-10 IoP.
2.) technical skill are not needed. Have you ever used an Bitcoin Wallet? It is the same. just put in the IoP.conf your whitelisted Mining Address, dont turn the PC off and thats it. As IoPd only uses one CPU you can do all your work and maybe even do heavy gaming without a problem!
3.) Are you the guy that tried to edit our Fermat Chapters Document with something with running Offices, Building Company and sth like that?

Let me make this clear and please, read the OP CAREFULLY again:

We only need ONE Representative (running a full chapter) per COUNTRY. This is at 98% not the right job for anybody as this involves more action like organizing Meetups, etc., behaving more or less like an entity than individual.

BUT ANYBODY CAN START MINING IoP now, if he is doing something of Value for Fermat.

For example, running a twitter channel. facebook page, etc... no technical skills needed. Not needed to setup chapter

Individuals fill in the Spreadsheet by comments, ignore the Chapters Fields in the beginning, put in your name and the Link to your contribution and you are good to go.

So if you have fun with Social Media or writing, claim your spot and we put your Wallet on a whitelist address and you can mine. From home, from your PC.

THESE ARE THE STEPS TO MINE IOP

1. Do something valuable for Fermat (e.g. spread the word)
2. Get a Wallet Address and fill in the sheet
3. Get whitelisted from us
4. Run the IoP Core Desktop Wallet in mining mode. :-)

@all Hero and Legendary members that are reading this, you can also acquire one Mining Licence by wearing our Fermat's Signature. It's really simple and your mining Licence will be valid as long as you keep your Signature on. To claim your Spot go under Forum Marketing on google sheet and add comments under your Country on required fields: Public Key (IoP address) and Sample Post Link (your BCT Profile).

You do not need to run a Local Chapter to mine IoPs.

Mining licensens are also rewarded for:

• a dedicated Twitter Account
• a dedicated Facebook Page
• a dedicated Youtube Channel
• Fermat Forum Signature (as Hero/Legendary Member)
• and others, as seen in the Spreadsheet

hi zdeni82, i saw u claimed twitter but IoP Address is missing.. for now everybody are waiting for dev team to enable whitelisting and grant access for mining. it could take few days since ppl need time to fill and claim their spots. after access is granted @marmai will announce addresses accepted and post tutorial so you all can start mining.
-> Claiming spots is ongoing process and access will be provided in weekly schedule! 

In the meantime you can prepare your node and setup for example Testnet node and claim another Licence
