Could try to get into yobit  Cool

good move...yobit is increasing from day to day...

Greetz
Steve

I think they ask 0.1 BTC or something for inclusion.

doc will figure it out! sometimes, we only need "insiders"...   Grin

I've already requested a listing at YoBit, but I'm not 100% sure if they'll accept it because it was a free request.
However, it'd be very nice if Machinecoin would get listed over there.

Friendly Regards

Okay, i managed to optimize and boost cpuminer-opt by 40-50% on timetravel algo.
Don't use it for anything else but timetravel algo, maybe i screwed up something other than that  Grin

Care to share? I find this very hard to believe and will have to see it to believe it.

What is the max number supply of MAC until the last block PoW and PoS?

All informations are in the ANN thread:

"2.5 minutes block targets
Subsidy halves every 350k blocks
~35 million total coins
50 coins per block
1 block to retarget difficult"

and in the title: "[ANN][MAC]Machinecoin - The Steampunk Cryptocurrency - Now With TimeTravel PoW!".

I meant the code. I just don't see where you can get 40% without rewriting all the hash functions.
Also anything that would speed up timetravel would speed up most algos.

I rewrote only jh algo and that gave me this suprising speedup.
I got lucky lol.

Looking awesome!!! Very excited about MAC. I know some people on yobit. Let me look into getting it listed there for more exposure.

Vegas

I want to make sure everyone knows that I just released my software called "Yobit pump alert". THis is custom software that uses an algo to detect the start of a pump here on yobit, the second it starts. YOu can even filter the coins you see by price. Most pumps start less than 100 sats , so you can easily filter the cheap coins, so they are the only ones displayed Smiley https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1945937.msg20241953#msg20241953

~ 35 million. I mean, its the same like bitcoin....after reaching MAX, you will earn fees in few years, no? we have a halving every 350k blocks.

I haven't tested it, I need to setup a Windows VM first. But I'll go out of a limb and call BS.

You don't get 40% by being lucky, and the numbers don't add up.
JH is one of 8 functions so it would have to be a pretty heavy one to take more than
1/8th of the total hash. In fact it would have to have taken 30% of the hash and reduced
that to zero to get a 40% improvement. You would have to improve all the functions by
an average of 40%.

Also timetravel hash rate naturally fluctuates with different permutations by over 10%
but never 40%. Comparisons are tricky because you never know when the permutation
will change and invalidate the results.

Share the source code to prove me wrong and solve this mystery.
