You should never trust banks

Should I never trust banks? I don't think so. As I notice here in our country, banks are very useful. They have their clients and customers continue using their service everyday. I have no reason to not trust banks. I know they are legit to operate.

Yeah actually banks that were most helpful to the user and the current bitcoin. I'm sure that you get the income bitcoin and then converted to a fiat, you will need the help of the bank to take the money?

Banks play an important role in society. We still can not do without them. Just as we can not live without fiat. I trust banks and keep the money in the accounts

this is because people still using fiat in the country he live and as long as fiat is known by mostly people, then banks is still getting trusted from the member but if the bank work is not good, then people will not believe and trust the banks. i do trust bank because i make a saving my bank and i am waiting for the payment in each month.

If people knew better they'd start keeping their money in safes and/or deposit boxes instead of bank accounts. With the new bankruptcy rules the government can seize your deposits and there's nothing you can do. Banks are not safe places, they can be robbed just like that by the very government you, as the citizen have elected and as a taxpayer are supporting.

Deposit boxes located in banks are not safe either since in some countries they can be open without a search warrant and even some of your belonging can be confiscated in the spot.

You could not trust the government for the bank, take for example the current economic problems after the demonatization .It is really difficult to live here at the moment as it is really difficult to get money out of your own account and you must stand for hours in queue just to get to the bank and make any transaction.ATMs are literally empty all over the country and it really sucks at the moment.

Not all the opinions you were right, in my country it is not the case. Higher level of satisfaction and trust in banks is very high. This time my country is attempting to build with local funds as the use of foreign debt interest rates are very high. For me, the bank could still be trusted.

yes its true, and many country still trust banks as their using bank for their transaction and for the bank itself, they give their best service to make their customer satisfy with the banks. and this is what happen with the banks in my country too, so many people still trust banks and use the banks for their transaction.

Not only in your country, most of the country the same is happening. Centralised banks provide good service and people trust it more than the private banks. The reason is that even if something goes wrong government takes responsibility for people's money. Possibly banks continue to make banking system secure and user friendly but the charges vary and soon they'll depend our Bitcoin's backing technology.

There are no "centralized" banks which you could oppose to "private" banks (at least, not anywhere that I'm familiar with). There are central banks and commercial banks, even if the latter are state owned. The term "central bank" is a misnomer itself, since such "banks" don't offer services to either population or companies. Their task is basically to supervise regular banks as well as maintain the national currency and its unimpeded circulation in the economy. On the other hand, all banks are centralized in a sense, at least as far as fiat money is concerned

The banks can be trusted because they are established in a jurisdiction binded by the laws of that jurisdiction and so customers within that area are protected however some of the operations of the banks cannot be trusted especially how they control your deposits and how they work out interest rates on your account deposits. Some have restrictions as to how much you can withdraw and within a time frame( savings accounts) while they will have your money in the financial investment market trading. That sucks in my opinion.

Not all of non government bank is going to scam you even majority of them are running fine until now even in my country. It's just minority of non government bank or newly opened bank. other banks which have been built its reputation and now just already become a huge bank won't scam you and even they have good services than the bank which is owned by the government

They actually did wahh i thought bank can't even do this kind of activity that will closed bank account without further notice or warning the owner you can file complainant to the bank directly to the bank owner or ask some help to those who had idead why they closed your bank asking questions may help you get resolution for this. Bank is the safest place where we can deposit money anytime and withdrew money.

   There is more then one bank in this world, and just for the record there many different banks, with different rules. Sometimes same bank have different rules in each country. Some banks are safe you are right, but in my country some banks made a big scams in this transition period.
   Dont think that banks are the safest place for your money, check the background, check their history before you give money to anyone. Dont trust blindly in any institution.

It is recommended to deposit or save in government's bank so you have a right to chase them if they scam but I doubt they can do that unless they want to destroy their reputation. I will just use bank if it is badly needed or it is basic or major requirement for a particular purposes like getting your money.

I also do not think that they are doing something wrong and I still need something to store my money into for my salary so I stay trusting them blindly at the moment.

An average person is left without an option. They will have to depend upon banks to make any transaction or to store their money safely. Bitcoin is an option but it is not supported by everyone in the world at the moment. I dream of a future where bitcoin will rule over all the fiat currency and be used by every single soul in the world! perhaps in 50 years we can hope to see this dream becoming a reality.

Yes you're right, Cause banks our tied with our laws they can't do anything without a valid reason . I can say that as of now banks is still safer than bitcoin, Its just that they have strict rules which is justified well and bitcoin has a loosen one furthermore banks has a lot of fees while bitcoin only have minor fees that's why some people prefer bitcoin over banks . But for me it is still recommended to store your savings for your future in banks .

You can always report them if they did some unjustifie things or something that breaks the law

Most governments don't run banks at best they back them up with policies like savings protection, and to rescue them if they screw up, a banking industry owned by the government usually is a bad sign since it means some kind of nationalization took place which means banks are in a bad economic shape.

Yeah you should never trust banks with bad reputation and those who doesn't comply with government regulations. In my country the bank thats affiliated to my online wallet is registered to the governments account security on anti money laundering laws that gives protection to your money. We can trust a bank in a more strict screening and you should be more vigilant at all times when having transactions online and or offline banking.

That's the advantage of letting your money to be saved in the bank. You are covered by the law when something happened unexpectedly to their bank, just like insurance and everything as long as that collapse will happen within the banks premises or the cause is the banks negligence. That's why I still trust them because of that.

When it comes to savings, nothing beats banks. They have all the facilities to make sure you money is safe, but when we talk of investment, banks should not be trusted with it, bitcoin is the most popular now, so we take part of this great investment.

well the thing that happened to OP is not clear in my opinion. i have read his comments in the first couple of pages and to be honest i have a feeling that he is not telling us everything.

we have all been using banks, our parents have been using banks, everyone around us too. and none of us have ever heard or seen a bank closing someone's account with no reason and get away with it.
although mistakes always happen and they get fixed easily with a little time but nothing like what OP is telling us.

Banks are exist under government's regulation while scam sites is just scam sites who was created by scumbag around the world. bank can't just scam people and if they do they will have an affair with the government regarding to this thing. and any banks controlled by the central bank which is owned by the government so bank is definitely a trusted thing for me

Lol I do not know what you mean scenario involving the bank. as long as I use a bank, they never hurt me even I felt helped because have easy to trade, why should I not believe in banks?
