Hey,
Yeah. We aware of that expected decision. We are not located in US and will not provide our services or tokens to US residents.
Regards, Alex.
Good decision you guys have made on this, USA is always strict about money laundering and investments. US government is just a tax sucker but how you gonna restrict those US citizens who will just use VPN to access ICO page and invest their ETH?

Yes i can understand that you are not located in the US but how will you make sure that the investors are particularly from the US and if you find out they are investing despite being a US resident will you confiscate those funds and never return those,i just want to know how things will go and how you plan on tackling these things.

Alex, I'm curious in what exchanges are you planning on listing Bitdice's ICO tokens at. Are you gonna go for the usual popular and bigger exchanges like Polo or are you gonna go for the smaller exchanges to get a feel for the market at first?

Is there anyway to reset the withdrawal address filter?
I want to withdraw my BTC before the fork but I changed the withdrawal address and now it says I can't withdraw for 5 days.

Yeah nice to see those stats thanks for sharing. It's his lucky day perhaps. I agree, we may one day put our name in front and somewhat have "bragging rights" with some of our friends.
Yeah those were some nice wins. Looks like he ended up losing some during his next run though and is slightly in the negative now. All it takes is a little bit of luck though and you can turn a nice profit. I have been so unlucky when it comes to betting on Dice, I have won some but its so small to the extent that when i eventually gather to bet on a big time, I eventually lose it all, I am glad that BITDICE will soon be introducing sports betting very soon. That will set them apart from the others that's for sure.

What is meant as "Live games" mention on the roadmap to be added in Q4 2017?
Live games, like roulette, blackjack you can see live dealers/person on your computer screen. You haven't played live games?! Actually did not on the internet casinos. Not sure why I first thought of Bingo. But I bet Bingo will not be one of live games on bitdice.me

Which country your company is registered at?
That information is publicly available on the website : 2014-2017 BitDice Casino S.L.R. Costa Rica Registration ID# 3-102-696267 -> They can't do shit if everything is transparent.BitDice isn't one of those poor ICO's with pump dump schemes. -> Yes they should! It's an independent project which doesn't "force" people to invest or aren't transparent with their funding.SEC's would take action if the said ICO is someway "stealing" from their investors. Never heard someone going to jail for offering their shares in the share market for investment.Same logic applies here. It has nothing to do with being transparent or shady. Its about not being registered with SEC but accepting US customer's money. The same reason BTC-e has been taken down. Even if the ICO blocks US customers, ICO token will be traded on Polo/Bittrex. So, US traders will touch it and thereby bitDice will end up breaking US laws.

I'm not really sure how US laws work out but if the customers are buying tokens from a website that is operated from the US,isn't it the website's fault that is allowing the sales of tokens to the US customers ? Shouldn't the third party exchange like polo be verifying if the request placed for a xyz coin isn't coming from a US customer ? I doubt BitDice is to be blamed for it. Doesn't make any sense to.

If Polo/Bittrex does not list a coin, that's already a bad news for that coin. Moreover, even if it is listed on Bitfinex or some other non-US exchange and an US customer trades it, then its trouble again. BTC-e was not in US, but US law enforcement has taken it down.

There's got to be a way to have bitdice non-responsible for trades of its tokens by restricted users. Anybody who can enlighten us?

To best of my knowledge, you are wrong here. We are not responsible when US citizen buys tokens from a second market. There's barely any chance to stop owning a token when it's being traded on a unregulated\decentralized market. BTC-e's problem is that being an exchange and providing their services for US citizens they didn't do ANY AML\KYC. PS: Can we move ICO questions to the ICO thread? As this one mostly for Casino users.. Regards, Alex.

Hey Guys, After several months of preparation and work we are finally ready to announce BitDice's ICO. Please join the Slack and the ICO thread. Regards, Alex. Now we are talking! The best bitcoin casino is about to get even better with the addition of sports bets and poker by the end of 2018, not only we will be able to get part of the profits of the casino but we will be able to trade those tokens, August 15 you are marked on my calendar, this is an ICO I’m not going to miss. I am a little bit excited on seeing the sports betting, I believe it will bring good profit to the site because we have a lot of gamblers all over the world. With variety of games they can choose what game to play and and investors should be putting their money knowing this site is already proven to operate profitably. Correct, a wider variety of games will make the BitDice casino even more popular among gamblers, especially sports bets, since there seems to be a bigger market for it than poker, but at the same time that will make the tokens more valuable in the future, since the earnings of the casino are going to improve by offering these new games to their customers.
