Hey guys,
Delay with the bentcrypto was because user lost access to the email on which he sent the withdrawal confirmation letter. So we waited few days just to exclude any security issues. Then we confirmed the WD for the user which was sent to the ICO, so we had to refund it later. Not the regular support request we get. However, because we get 50-70 emails daily since ICO it's hard to reply in a timely manner. That's our issue, we will do our best to minimize the answer time.
Regarding that BitGold or whatever it is. I simply have no time for it. So if users want to get that "shitcoin" they can withdraw and re-deposit later. We were able to pay everyone BCC with very nice profit (which doesn't change my stance on that scam coin as well), but with this scam - we pass.
Regards, Alex
It does not get any clearer than that, if you want to get your bitcoin gold you will need to withdraw your coins from the BitDice website, and wait for the fork to happen and then after you get your coins you can deposit your money once again, this should clear any confusion from members of the forum that were asking about this in the previous days. Thanks, Alex. We can all agree that BitDice is a gambling website not a cryptocurrency exchanger so having your bitcoins there doesn't guarantee that you are going to have bitcoin gold and even the value is tanking after the fork. It's doowed to follow the same trend as Bitcoin Cash as well any alt coins that emerges after future forks.

Yes I also agree on alex decision to not support bitcoin gold or whatever further fork we will have. Bitcoin gold on other hand is premined and GPU mineable so it can't hold same charm as bitcoin for sure. Most of the cryptocurrency exchanger also haven't credited their users with bitcoin gold, best way to get any forked coin is to store them in paper wallet or electrum like wallet.

If BTC merchants, services, gambling sites and the rest keep giving their users the forked coins, this only encourages the scammers to keep forking Bitcoin.
It has to stop somewhere and Alex made the right decision to pass. Putting myself in his shoes, I think it would be a waste of time.

Only if they want to. And at any time in future. You can wait 10 years and do it then if you want.

I had only some coins in XAPO but most of the bitcoins I store in my desktop wallets so easy to access BTG when a stable wallet is ready.

Well, if anyone's wondering about Bitcoin Gold, they've already run into all sorts of problems. Coinbase first said they weren't transparent, saying that they will premine the coin before releasing full options to other miners. If you go on their blog now also it's unclear whether or not they've completed all the work they promised to do, such as replay protection and the completion of equihash. Exchanges seem to have traded already, some on futures and some actual BTG, but the price just keeps on declining. All sorts of allegations happening now, seems wise for BitDice to have just stayed away from this.

Hey guys, BitDice has joined Crypto Gambling Foundation. The Crypto Gaming Foundation is going to be setting a standard for transparency and fairness in our gaming community. First they were gonna go with some ICO but that quickly got rejected and then they decided to do the premine but later they halved it and make it time-locked. However with the late deadlines and lack of coding and time is running out. Its launch is going to be a cluster of a headache most likely and won't be as smooth as the ETH hard fork or as the Bitcoin Cash hard fork.

Correct and while BitDice is one of the casinos with the best reputation, there are always going to be people that doubt it no matter how irrational their beliefs or how many evidence you show about the fairness of the casino, look at my trust page, a person negged me just because I’m wearing the BitDice signature, probably that person lost money he could not afford and thought he could get back at the casino by negging me. However I like the idea of BitDice joining Crypto Gaming Foundation since we need to make efforts to clear the image of casinos among gamblers.

Congratulations and well done to BitDice for becoming one of the first to join what has to be an important development not just for crypto gambling but for Online Casinos and Gambling all around. Perhaps the long term aim should be for the foundation to not only set the standard but attempt to create an ISO for transparency and fairness for online gambling, perhaps even for Provably Fair as a concept? So only 1 in 3 people believe they can trust online gambling? This really needs to be improved. It's probably lower for crypto gambling!

I believe the transparency and fairness in the gambling community means that, gamblers don't feel that the game is rigged against them when they play against the casino because in most online casinos, the house normally rigs the game to ensure that they never loses and that its always the gamblers that end up losing.

It is true that online gambling casinos are the least trusted business as there have being many scams in the past which showcases some of the games blatantly cheats the users especially in poker and most of them are rigged as you could not authenticate what the real outcome would be and this is certainly a good way to counter the rouge sites and bring transparency.

I am yet surprised that we're yet discussing about Bitcoins gold, it's was the best decision by Alex to not get involved in that shit coin and stay away from it, he has saved a lot of users a lot of money. Actually it does not matter if they really apply it on their user or not. Mostly it just a free money that they give us. So if they really apply for it then no one going to play with it then they only need to change it back to their own currency and get back some btc like you said before. I just wondering why you called this bitcoin gold as s*** coin? What I do know, they have exactly the same protection as bitcoincash before so it is pretty much alike
