I'll tell you what's easy win, and there are some examples online. The most recent I can think of was the BitDice wagering competition. Almost all (or was it all?) positions had +EV, meaning if you participated you stood a better chance of winning than losing.

Other examples are like poker tables sometimes where you have good luck and find a stupid bot that keeps asking for all-in. Wait for good cards and go.

I will back you in this esports is not a really good niche to begin with, and when you’re starting a sports book people will expect all possible sports to be there and not just esports. Also i don’t think there is a huge demand for esports, if there were we would have seen a dedicated esports betting site. It’s just not you the average gambler would love to see all those sports, even political bets if possible.
