It is somewhat irrelevant whether they are the same people or not since they are claiming for each other. I have asked the relevant manager, and even he finds it cheating. I strongly think that the behavior is cheating (or arguably at least borderline). The circle-jerk coming to defend these randoms only makes the case against them stronger.

If someone had the time or energy to go through most of the shitcoin ICO campaigns spreadsheets you'll usually find lots of accounts that look to be related signing up straight after or close together. Click on a handful or profiles in a row and you'll see many registered the same day or close together. You can often find them by their posting behaviour as well. I found dozens and dozens and there's probably hundreds in total that had all been farmed in the Chinese section then started spamming elsewhere in barely decipherable posts as soon as they hit the signature campaign. I don't have the time, energy or desire to do it any more and I'm sure others don't either but if you do there's plenty to be found.
