I am wonder about your last sentence which says that you will give up after getting a high win because you are bored of your bad luck. Is that possible that if a person will have bad luck in gambling and he is earning a good income from gambling! I think no. As if you will have a good luck then you will win while with bad luck you will not win enough money.

What you are going to do with your winning is good to have time with your friends. But if I were you, I will not going to spend all of the money that I won for them. Maybe a very little amount I will have for them and treat them out for some foods with any good restaurant. But I'm selfish when it comes my own money.

That's a good way of using your winnings but to be specific what is/are the investments that you think that can be worthwhile for you? For me, I will use it for trading and I will save it for holding and if I keep on winning, I will use some of it for using as my capital in gambling so that my capital will be safe already.

Trading is a good way of retaining your wealth and possibly increasing it too. You just have to learn how to trade though, at first it will be hard to learn it and you will lose some money. Don't worry it's part of the learning curve. Then you can also try to invest in casinos. It's a good long term investment too.

Well there are some or fewer who are rich in gambling when they are hitting a jackpot.. the fact only owners are turning to be rich more.. because its business and he know what will happen in the future.. its not a good place that we will make a our journey in gambling that honestly there is no hope to be rich in that place..

Does anyone here do gambling for living?

There are people who are for sure gambling for living, if those gambling operators / owners will be considered, then they are counted as making gambling industry for their own living. Also there are few individuals in this world that are making it as source of their main income, just like those people who are joining poker tournaments and hoping to win millions of bucks.

I think they are not gambling for a living. They are operating a gambling site for a living, that's a better description of them. What I think is a person that gambles for a living are people that actually gamble in casinos or some sort of gambling facility. Maybe a real life example is Dan Bilzerian. He's filthy rich from gambling, go google him!

That's why I said they are making the gambling industry for their own living but if that is good to consider then they are the few people who are making it as for their living. I haven't heard that Dan guy but upon googling him, he is a perfect example of what I've mention that those people who are joining poker tournaments and wins millions of dollars.

Dan Bilzerian is a legend! I'd trade my left nut for his life! He's living the dream life! Women, booze, drugs, cars, planes, all that awesome toys and other stuff! If I had the skills in poker then I'd be gambling for a living and try to be Dan Bilzerian! Though I am not sure if he is really good at poker as I haven't seen him any tournaments. They say he is a high roller poker player though.

When I read his story then I want to be just like him that has financial freedom but I don't do drugs, girls and anything that is going to abuse other people. Luckily your mindset is good since yoy cannot lose in that instance and same as me also if i win, i would surely let the day passes by before i gamble on the site i play since i believe if i play back i would turn out losser in the end of the day for it. This is something very common, you win some and then you decide to try your luck and then end up losing all your earnings of the day or even end up losing money, and it is not a nice sensation since you feel that you should have stopped while you were ahead.

Yup, we don't have rights to blame them those who chase their losses, we don't know that lose money how much important for them. But that method is not right sometimes if we are lucky we will get back our loss in same game, if we don't have luck then we will lose more money. Well you got a very noble plan there dude nice! I actually feel the same. As an easy going gambler, i think if i won a significant amount, first thing that would come to my mind would be to share it to my family or the people close to me. It's not very often that someone actually wins a good amount so i'd take the opportunity to make the peoplr i care for happy even for a certain time only
