why the hmq tokens can be withdraw to eth wallet?
i deposit via btc

Because it's an Ethereum based token.
* Download the Ethereum wallet (If you haven't already)
* Sync the wallet (If you haven't already)
* Copy your Ethereum account address
* Witdraw your tokens from Humaniq website to your Ethereum account.

humaniq is working with etherum smart contract, you can see your token on your etherum wallet with difrent code .
just remember dont use etherum address from exchange site is not allowed, you can lost your humaniq tokens forever :/

i used myetherwallet in creating the eth address for hmq, i've seen the transaction, but still not showing the balance in the wallet, do we need to add custom token to show the balance?

if you still confused to withdraw yours token, maybe you can use myetherwallet...
its easy,..
generate new wallet
save json/private key
then...
use private key to undecrypt wallet
choose send/receive eth or token
yours eth address can be use to hmq token...
notes : for trx/sending token or eth, must have some eth for gass fee..
