You should've used escrow and never trust anyone just by their rank specially if they don't have any feedbacks in their account.
Isn't skrill reversible? Maybe you can reverse the money you sent.

I'm assuming Carlosiness didn't use his own Skrill account, so if btbuy1 reverses then he's screwing someone else who might be innocent.
