You should've used escrow and never trust anyone just by their rank specially if they don't have any feedbacks in their account.
Isn't skrill reversible? Maybe you can reverse the money you sent.

I'm assuming Carlosiness didn't use his own Skrill account, so if btbuy1 reverses then he's screwing someone else who might be innocent.

i dont screwing anyone, and if he used other account is ok, in the end it will be connected with his own account and skrill can take action
