I have my eqaul contribution throughout the day I spent 30% of my time in social media and 20% of my time in studying , 10% of my times sports and gym and finally 40 % of my time in sleeping. Smetimes sports time varies but that's all about my day.

I often spend time exploring the internet, to learn something new. I do not like to spend time to play social media like facebook etc,
and of course I do not forget the life in the real world. So for the real world and the internet around 60/40

When there was no Internet you would be spending a lot of time in libraries while learning. Do you think that to spend time in the library better? Or spend a few hours on a trip to the cinema to watch a 1.5 hour movie is better? It seems to me that the Internet takes away our time. It helps to save time and get more done.

Only sometimes. Internet is a very powerful platform/energy that anyone can use for good and for bad.  If you use it for constructive purpose then it will be very useful and not waste of time.

Yes I spend a lot of time using internet but I will do this because I work in online. Like this in forum i spend 2-3 a hours day because I'll do posting and after one week I earned bitcoin. I spend 3-4 hours in trading because I need more time in trading because I need to know what coin is the best to buy and the best to sell. And everynight I always there in facebook to relax my mind because Im busy in the bitcoin world and sometimed I watch video in youtube. I think the average that I consume per day is 12-14 hours.

I think this is one of the negative effects social media is bringing to society. I've tried not using my phone on a certain vacation and being disconnected from the online world is a pretty good relief from stress.

Yes of course. We all spend time browsing, and i think that is good because so much good information can be learned that way. And even social medias are good, to some point. But i agree with you about vacations, that is where you need to relax and forget about everyday life. If you go to vacation and do everything that you do everyday, you will miss so much good things.

I don't. I balance my time in everyday of my life. I used to do sports, studying, works and surfiing in internet everyday. Though I'm doing it everyday, it's worth it for me.
