I'm 50/50. Sometimes I don't use social media or internet except email and google maps maybe, like, for weeks but then some months I just sit on my ass on the internet.

yes , for the reason of work i should pass my time in internet. so it seems like the internet is penetrated in our life at occupied 70% of our time . should be detoxicated, i m planning to resist the internet for some days and use it only for work.

When.. When just a few minutes, and when a few hours.. I Have a 12-hour shift. at this time my reception is constantly enabled computer. So in working days I do almost 12 hours I spend at the computer..

My lifestyle is very Internet heavy. I rely on the Internet for everything. Reaearch, studies, hobbies, entertainment, you name it. I do a lot in cryptocurrency so there really is not that many offline channels to use for that

One thing however I try never to do is to waste time on facebook scrolling. Trying to find the footer on that site is an impossible task lol. I am not a big fan of facebook in general, I think it adds very little value and just consumes and wastes peoples time and lives.

Maybe. Facebook is a waste of life. But I use my internet to work and to watch movies. I don't like facebook very much, I just use it for promotion. We better not waste our life with social media and the garbage in it. There are people who want to be adore and arrogant. Those people just want to hurt each other in the virtual world but too afraid to meet face to face in real life.

Some people can show who they really are on the internet. Most of them are bad and just talking. But some people want to be a faker and to afraid to face the reality.

I do spend most of my waking hours in front of a computer, and waste quite a lot of time on the Internet. I'm trying to spend more time on more productive things such as learning about new crypto related projects, and less on pure entertainment.
