Not necessarily so. It depends on the person using the internet and what and how the person is using the internet. There are a lot of good and bad things on the internet but the choice as to how to explore the good thing lies squarely on the shoulders of the person using the internet.

I have a job everyday, i only use internet when i have nothing to do or when im not busy.

The time I spend on the internet is my free time.  I work, then play, then cruise the internet.  The internet takes the place of my previous TV time.  My TV in the rec room (my room) has not been on for three months.  I used to watch a lot of sports, but those idiots ruined it for me, at least for football.
