I spend a lot of time on the Internet, it can be somewhere in the region of 70% of the total waking time!

Internet is full of different entertainments, but it is also a source of knowledge and a source of income. I can't call it a waste.

I think control is key. No matter what it is, only you can decide how it affects you. Even a blessing can become a curse if it is not properly managed. So, the internet on its own is nothing. It is what you do on it that matters. There are people that make tons of cash on the internet. This is even true about social media too. So, if you do business or something profitable online, then there's absolutely no problem with staying online. Each one to his own. Some people still waste a lot of time gossiping and wasting so much time even in the "real world"

I'm not addicted to internet for the whole day but i used it for school work purposes and it takes just a 1-3 hours because I'm still studying and I want to spend my time to my academic lessons. Furthermore, spending time on social media can lessen our personal communication skills.
