What's up with the membership levels? I was at bronze for many months, placed enough orders to take my "points to next level" down to 0, and it subsequently reset to 50 while leaving me at bronze level with the same fees and daily limits. What are the membership levels and when does one move up?

Hello.  Order #12743 here.  I placed my order early yesterday morning, and the money was taken from my bank account shortly after.  However, more than 28 hours later I see that the bitcoin has yet to be released and is still "under review."  I have tried contacting support through email and telephone but have not gotten a response.  Please help me out here, support ticket #11191.  Thank you.

6 hours later, still nothing. I've completed the SMS confirmation and even called the bank to make sure the transaction wasn't being reviewed or held, it's not.  There's just a pre-auth on my account for the full amount and the bank is waiting for btcquick to claim/request (process) the payment.

I thought this would be faster...
