There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

So already 110 M AE created ?! oh that will be too much if it continues Sad

I'm an AE investor and worrying a little bit as well. The current total AE is already 117,897,896. According to Coinmarketcap, the highest coin price with a circulating supply over 117 Mio is MaidSafeCoin with a current total supply of 452,552,412 MAID and a price of $0.201755 - If the AE supply continues to grow like now, the total AE supply after P2 will may be closed to MaidSafeCoin's supply, but hopefully AE's price will be higher than MAID's current price...

It looks like the investments are slowing down. I think all the fans following this project from the start, made sure they bought in day one.
I predict about 90M more over the next 2 days.

This is the address you can send your bitcoins to in order to contribute
Please don't send your coins from exchanges.
You have to own your private keys.

Sometimes i like to make very risky investments.

So i bought  into this.

Its Already over sold  there is no cap, devs going to be multimillionaires for doing nothing

Hard to work when you dong need to.

I predict it will be worth 50% on launch.

Will be the most expensive ledger wallet i ever bought, i hope it comes with tissue paper so i can wipe the tears from my eyes.

If you don't know who I am, then maybe your best course would be to tread lightly

I like æternity innovative conception, it can really do smart contracts easier and faster to process. Using Turing-complete virtual machine to process smart contracts will become a new word in this technology. In the case of successful development of the æternity project will take a significant share of smart contracts platforms market.

$21million USD is phase 2 cap?
wow, with no mvp product to show?
One dev, and who was not happy, the more i think of it, the lead dev will quit when his name is tarnished with this project to save one bit dignity left in him.
This has the exact makings of the doomed DOA.

Did Ethereum have 2 phases? how much is that is needed to keep the project going? will the coins be burnt that are not sold and how many will be kept by the team ? its not the best case when you want millions of dollars and also keep a huge amount of coins that can be dumped any time at the cost of the investors. There has to be realistic goals, that everybody is happy with. Too many last minute decisions is a already a failure. This shows there is no directions and thought put into this project.

After reading the latest comments and the posts by the lead developer regarding the token sale, I think I will stay away from this one. Who knows, maybe all that cash will be used to generate hype and make all you ICO buyers wads of cash. Just too many red flags for me personally. Good luck with the project.

Hey guys,

I am not really sure what is the issue. Zack has an opinion and we actually support him.

He has an idea about how the second phase should go and he prefers caps.

After a thorough team discussion, of which he was part of, and after taking consideration of the comments coming from the community we agreed to establish a cap. In addition, we decided to learn what the community thinks of his ideas for Phase 2.

He is really thinking "outside of the box", something a genius usually does.

Regards,
Vlad
