No still another round of ICO left in the æternity project. It will start from 29th May many people are waiting for it because 1st round ICO went well with a lot of hopes. I see æternity has some good reputation from the people, they need to carry this identification till to listing the coin in exchanges.

Yes for second phases signature campaign just giving small reward, I think they do this to control not to give much coin in bounty to keep the price better at the time of launching.
