what's about POS? because this article describes only mining without staking but aeternity is a hybrid of pow and pos (if I'm correct)

Yes in the thread title its written PoW&PoS but i think for more informations we have to wait for the mainnet launch which will be in August(if they follow their roadmap), so hopefully we will know more about that soon, im already exited.
