People reported issues with NovaExchange wallet before.
It's often offline, withdrawal delays etc.

Please submit a ticket at NovaExchange, and ask them about your transaction (citing your transaction id).
They must show it to you in one of Mooncoin block explorers, otherwise they haven't sent it.

and no one ever said anything bad about their MOON withdrawals since 2014.
 

The reason I started using the Nova Exchange is because Cryptopia betrayed us all, at least I felt betrayed, however, a couple of months ago I wasn't able to access the website from my local network, at the time Cryptopia delisted our Mooncoin, since that time, I've tried not to put all of my eggs into one basket, coingather has almost no activity and hopefully mercatox and the new exchange that agswinner has contacted will listed our coin.

Currently designers work on a new website design and concept.

You can use the Moonlite platform to monetize likes http://mooncoin.com/ml, however currently it's in a test mode, and people don't understand how it works, and its concept is not ideal, it doesn't motivate people a lot,
that's why it's needed to be redesigned, probably without archiving and without typing commands manually, it's in progress,
but first you'll see the MOON Word platform presentation (very likely in a week), simple and free Blockchain Recordkeeping.
After that the new Smart Likes platform will be redesigned and announced.

1) you didn't restore your pool successfully after the latest issue and you're not integrated with the Mooncoin network
or
2) for whatever reason you didn't give your miners their mining rewards.

please transfer to our marketing director Evangelo his mined coins, he mined them fairly and not responsible for pool's issues.
